We got a lovely Jack Russell puppy from these breeders, and he's been great to have. We're really happy with him, but since day one, he's had diarrhea with blood. I reached out to the breeder, and they assured me that it was nothing to worry about. However, since the diarrhea hasn't stopped, we decided to take him to the vet. During the first week, he was given a prebiotic paste, but unfortunately, it didn’t help. After further tests, we found out that he has a Giardia parasite. I contacted the breeder to ask if they had noticed anything before we brought him home, and they reassured me that all the puppies were healthy before leaving. I find it hard to believe, though, because the puppy had diarrhea from the start, and even the vet noted that, based on the timeline, it's likely he already had the parasite when he came to us. I’ve definitely thought about where he might have picked it up, including our garden or from our adult dog. However, our garden is just a small patch of grass with nothing else (no dirty water sources), and our dog is healthy (his poops are normal, etc.), besides our adult dog never poops in the garden. Due to the diarrhea he's been experiencing since day one, we are unable to proceed with his second vaccination, which means we will have to start the process all over again which is causing some inconvenience to us. I understand that things can happen, but given that I paid £850 for the puppy, I would have expected to be informed of any issues beforehand. Additionally, while the breeder denies knowing anything about the puppy's stool problems, I find it difficult to believe that this wasn't noticed before he came to us, based on the reasons mentioned above. For anyone considering purchasing a puppy from this breeder, I strongly recommend checking the puppy's stool health before bringing them home. Since giardia can be transmitted to humans, it's especially important to do so if you have children in your household. I’m giving 2 stars because the puppy is wonderful, in good general health (happy, playful), and we love him dearly. I’m taking away 3 stars due to the ongoing diarrhea issue since day one, the breeder’s denial of any knowledge of it (I’m no expert, but surely bloody diarrhea in puppies doesn’t just appear out of nowhere, and I’m relying on the vet’s comments), the inconvenience caused by not being able to do 2nd vaccacination, and the fact that diarrhea could is caused by a parasite.

I am so happy with the service I received with Cuckoo K9. It was my first time having a litter and I was quite nervous. Chevonne was absolutely incredible. We used the gorgeous Romeo and he was so gentle. The clinic is fantastic. So clean and professional. We had a scan to confirm the pregnancy which was so lovely. Chevonne was absolutely brilliant at advising me when I needed it. She always got back to me and didn’t make me feel silly. We also went back for our microchips. I have thoroughly enjoyed having this litter and if I was to do it again I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Definitely a 5 star service!!
