“We love Pets Corner @ CF the staff are amazing especially Tammy, India and Tracy to name just a few of the pawsome team. Thank you for being like our extended family. And looking after Milo our British Blue pussycat. Of course their products and food lines are great especially the Canagan cat food which our cat loves.”

“The staff, reception, nurses and vets alike are so friendly, welcoming and engaging. I took my fur baby to get her routine vaccinations and general annual health check this week. Two of the staff on reception I recognise from previous visits to pick up flea/worm treatment and there was a also a new lady. All of whom were giving my dog attention, cuddles and treats. They asked me questions about her and genuinely came across interested. Telling me about their pets too. Vets, actually any large franchise can feel a little impersonal - Vets4Pets is an exception. You go away really feeling like you and your pet were important. The vet herself was lovely - she made me feel like a proud mum telling me my dog was perfect :-) She was very gentle to minimise distress. I have the health plan which includes all vaccinations, a health check and regular flea/worm preventatives. So I only have to pop in there occasionally, every time it's been a pleasure with no fuss.”

“Pet doctors Chandlers Ford are always welcoming and efficient. Today whilst picking up Mabels tablets, I asked about getting her spayed. I was given all the information I needed. Last Mon, Mabel had eaten something at a neighbours house and began vomiting and violently shaking. The staff at the vets were very calm, thorough in their questions and managed to get us into the partner vet in Southampton. They too were very efficient, thankfully Mabel recovered after 24hours. Thank you all so much.”

“Nisha has been grooming our standard poodle, Merlin, for around a year now - starting when he was just a tiny puppy. Merlin absolutely adores Nisha, which I think says it all! He loves going to hers for a groom, and always perks up when he realises where we are heading. He comes away looking so fresh and beautiful, Nisha does a wonderful job grooming him even though he is a very lovely dog..! We absolutely cannot recommend Nisha enough.”

“This pub has real character and is well worth getting to know! It is very much a local pub... But... The locals are really friendly people. It's right on the river but there is a quiet road between the pub and the river. In the summer you can sit out on the pavement and have a drink and still river watch. The prices are really reasonable and there is a good variety of quality drinks available. There is a pool table in the back bar and opportunities to watch sports but this doesn't dominated the character of the pub. Staff are lovely and the pork scratchings are fresh from the local butchers. Great pub!”

“We were served by Ace, whilst buying a hamster and they were so helpful! Ace gave great advice about everything to do with caring for a hamster and they were also great with my young children, explaining to them things in a way they would understand and made them feel included in the special memory of getting their first pet. They checked over our hamster with us making sure she looked to be in a healthy condition- which she was. They also advised we downloaded the Pets at Home app to get ourselves 10% discount on our purchases, which was appreciated!”

“The rooms are really clean and trendy. The beds are extremely comfortable and showers are great. Great value for a few nights stay. The facilities are great with amazing gym and Starbucks in the foyer. Bar and grill food has a good selection. Everything you need for an overnight stay.”

“We took our little lovable friendly over sensitive Chi to the salon this morning to have his nails trimmed . We had been putting it off for so long as he had a bad experience at a vets who cut into the quick and has never forgotten it. What can I say but a huge thank you to all The L A team . We bit the bullet and booked him in fearing that we would be picking him up within 5 mins as he turns into the antichrist whenever anyone touches his feet . OMG I was met at reception by a lovely lady who proceeded to put me at ease and promised to at least have a go . Pop back in 10 mins she said . I left to pop up to charity shop nearby fearing the worst waiting for a phone call but no call came . I went back 10 mins later and there he was happy as Larry waiting for me in the window . !!!! Experience from start to finish was Excellent and even better they said he can come back again lol. Thank you again guys you are a fab team .”

“I was worried about leaving my saphire here while i went away for a week as she is a very nervous cat and had a bad experience at another cattery. Well i didn't need to worry at all since she has been back a week now she is like a different cat so relaxed and chilled out so thank uou snuggles i will definitely bring her back with no worries at all”

“Ricky and Karen are lovely! It was my first time leaving my cat at a cattery and they made me feel so at ease. They have so much experience and you can tell they genuinely love what they do. They kept me updated with how he was doing, adapting to his behaviour. The cubicles are cosy and have their own individual radiators. My cat will definitely be staying here again!”

“Hursley Cafe is definitely the café we’ve visited the most since moving to Southampton. With its great value for money, we find ourselves coming here almost every Sunday. This is a record of our visit two weeks ago, after our eldest daughter and her friend finished rugby practice in Eastleigh. We ordered Egg Royale, Lasagne, a Kids’ Meal, Mocha, and Hot Chocolate. The food quality was excellent, and the portions were generous. This café gets extremely busy on Sunday mornings, so we highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation to avoid long waiting times.”
