Cannot fault this Vets! My kitten was spayed a couple of months ago and she was so look after! She healed really well and we felt so supported by all staff. The receptionists are so helpful and the vets and nurses we have seen are lovely!

Cannot fault the receptionist and the vet who has just seen my guinea pig. Such amazing service from arrival to leaving. The vet was so lovely and very patient. Thank you so much.

This professional team of VETs are incredibly talented. We have a 13 year old Rabbit who developed an aggressive lump on his back leg. Our boy has been a big part of our family, he's a house rabbit, we sre around him everyday, all day, so when our own VETs said they couldn't do anything and needed end of life care, we went in search of another and found this fantastic team!! Needless to say, he is still with us now, moving as he should looking as good as usual, I can't thank this team enough for what they have done and given back to us!! 5 Stars isn't enough!!!

My dog is nearly 6 weeks have been coming here since she was 8 weeks old we come over from Southampton. We also no have 2 cats just over a year old here too. The reception team a very good and I found jay to be particularly wonderful last week when I book our 3 their annual vaccinations. I do also recommend the care plan it covers so much and you don't have to worry about the money for boosters, flea treatment and wormer

Always polite and helpful. There are emergency appointments available over the weekend and I've never had trouble arranging an appointment for my little cat.

Great vets, always caring and transparent when it comes to cost. I have been taking my dog and cat there for a few years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else

When I moved to the area and got my new kitten I really didn’t want to used a franchised Vets. However this one was closest and I looked at reviews on here and thought I would give them a go. I am SO pleased I did! Do not be put off that’s it’s under a franchised name! They seem to genuinely care about your circumstances here and you’re treated as an individual. Mark always has time to answer an extra question, nothing seems like too much bother. The reception ladies seem rushed off their feet sometimes but are always so friendly. There was a gentleman last time when we were in the waiting room who was there to say goodbye to his best fur friend and he was treated with much kindness and respect. It was lovely to see him cared for so sensitively. It’s really reassuring when you can trust your vet’s opinions and feel confident that your pet will be well cared for.

The lovely ladies on reception do an incredible job under pressure. They’re very caring, helping me many times with appointments for my cats at short notice. Today they were juggling calls, patients and the noise from downstairs with great patience, calm and grace. Thank you ladies you are truly amazing at your jobs.

I have seen a huge improvement the last 2 visits and happy with service. Staff on phone have been a lot more helpful and polite on the phone. Always a fabulous service from the Vets.

The staff, reception, nurses and vets alike are so friendly, welcoming and engaging. I took my fur baby to get her routine vaccinations and general annual health check this week. Two of the staff on reception I recognise from previous visits to pick up flea/worm treatment and there was a also a new lady. All of whom were giving my dog attention, cuddles and treats. They asked me questions about her and genuinely came across interested. Telling me about their pets too. Vets, actually any large franchise can feel a little impersonal - Vets4Pets is an exception. You go away really feeling like you and your pet were important. The vet herself was lovely - she made me feel like a proud mum telling me my dog was perfect :-) She was very gentle to minimise distress. I have the health plan which includes all vaccinations, a health check and regular flea/worm preventatives. So I only have to pop in there occasionally, every time it's been a pleasure with no fuss.
