   I can’t recommend the team at Riverside Equine enough. Charlotte is always super helpful and kind on the phone, and all of the vets are very knowledgable, kind and understanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble. My mare has been extremely difficult to deal with and suffered some injuries which would mean she most likely would not be a ridden horse, however Gemma persevered and has got her completely sound and comfortable which I thought would never be possible. I am also a part of their new equine plan, which has been a lifesaver in taking away the financial stress of calling the vets out for an assessment and has meant that she has the best care at all times. I have never felt overcharged for treatments and found that all recommendations are made with the horses welfare a priority and not for money. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my horses care.

   I cannot speak highly enough about this veterinary clinic, especially an incredible vet called Heidi. They have always gone above and beyond for my dogs and although sadly I will no longer need them, I couldn't have asked for better care. You are heard, supported and treated as a person not just a customer. The ladies on reception are always so quick to assist you and they are never not smiling. Thank you so much for everything and if I decide to welcome another furry addition to my family in the future then I will certainly be putting their health and wellbeing in the hands of Riverside Vets again.

   Twice now riverside have given up on my dog. Thankfully we insisted on a referral to a specialist and our dog is well and still with us. First time, he was misdiagnosed with cancer. He had liver disease. Second time we were told to put him to sleep in the carpark by Emilio. Without a proper diagnosis. He had a bladder infection. Thanks to Anderson Moores he is recovering well. I will never forgive riverside for the trauma they put us through when telling us to put our healthy dog to sleep, in a car park, without proper diagnosis, and then when I complained to management they doubled down and defended his actions. 2 stars as bridgett and tatyana have been good in the past. But I have now left this surgery. I want someone who will fight to keep my dog alive and well and I don't think riverside is the place. My dog is still alive over 6 months later thanks to other vets and Anderson Moore. Emilio is a disgrace to vets everywhere and my official complain to the practice got dismissed. Still absolutely disappointed with the service received from riverside.my dog deserves better. May 2022 and simba is still alive. Pic for proof!
