In response to owners comment - I have checked, it was definitely your dog walking services. We paid cash, maybe you don't keep a record of cash customers? I used Pip Patrol when Karen had only just started, she was unreliable then and I see nothing has changed.
I have used Pip Patrol twice (see past review) and on Halloween Karen house sat for me and I have to say- she’s fantastic. She came round early and took time to get to know the animals (cats, dogs, chickens and even 2 geckos) and to see where everything was. I felt safe knowing all the animals were in good hands and were fed/ looked after. When I came back the next day, everything was perfect. Happy, fed animals, watered geckos and happy hens. I could not recommend Karen more. Not only were the animals safe but all covid regulations were followed too- I will continue to be a returning customer! I’ve seen a review that claims I’m not a customer… I have all the proof to prove I am.
I love Karen and the service she provides, so does my pup Lola ! Really professional, reliable and doesn’t charge the earth. If you’re looking for someone around the Eastleigh area I couldn’t recommend enough!
They have been looking after my dog for nearly 4 years. Totally reliable, kind and friendly. My dog absolutely loves her. Wouldn't trust anyone else to take him out.
Karen is a amazing loving kind and caring human as well as very professional the bad reviews that have been posted on here are by her family members these reviews are fake so do not take any notice of them. The service she provides is brilliant and you won't find anybody as hard working as her in the local area. Please look beyond the negativity and trust you're own instincts.
Absolutely fantastic company. I don’t have a fault. My dog was well looked after and they have been so safe and prepared throughout covid times. Professional, reliable, fast responses, fantastic quality and an all round amazing company run by amazing people.
