Been using this Pharmacy for just over a year now and never had any problems at all. Being a Type 1 Diabetic i have a lot of medication to collect and seems seamless every time, and if not, they are extremely apologetic which is everything in this day and age. Highly recommend.
What a service! People, who care and respect you. Providing an outstanding service, keeping you fully informed as to what process and procedures they are following. I was advised to find a suitable pharmacy with an issue from my doctors surgery and chose 'Wainwrights'. They carefully reviewed my symtoms and on completion of an examination confirmed yhe findings with the pharmacist. Who promptly, summerised the issue. Advising me what precautions to follow to assist recovery. Then confirming, He would email my doctors surgery and copy me in, with a summary of these findings for future reference and actions if required. Brilliant! Visited on a Sat morning with my granddaughter who was is terrible pain with ear ache. The pharmacist was absolutely great. He exanined her, explained everything and prescribed antibiotics, he was so good with her. Thank you so much.

Gone downhill recently. Always a queue out the door. Long waits for prescriptions. 12 days and I have nearly run out of insulin.
This was my first visit for ear wax removal and Sid and his staff were considerate and kind throught. Very reasonable charges particularly as I had to return for a second visit the same day.
Sid and all the team are always amazingly helpful - we couldn't wish for a better local pharmacist - there is a very big difference in having the personal touch and service rather than being just a number in one of the chain stores or other chemists that we've gone to in the past.
