Offered me a blood pressure test on the phone, with me clarifying that it would be fine even though Iām under 40. Go in the week after to get it done, they refused
Superb pharmacist working there, helpful and friendly. All staff are well experienced with everything from health check ups to knowing what stuff to use. Excellent service, would well recommend
The customer services absolutely horrendous. Friday i went to pick up a prescription , after waiting for 20 min to seen . One of the lady said that unfortunately wont be able to give me my preacribed cream due to system issuses as just been upgraded and not ready until Monday . We both agreeed that best to leave it for Monday to be picked up . I dicided to return on Monday afternoon to pick up my prescription waited another 15 min been told unable to pick due to upgraded system issuses. I ask to realise my prescription on Spine for me to pick up from other pharmacy and the answer very rudely U DO THAT . Very rude and disrespectful.
Fantastic little pharmacy and convenient for so many of us who live out of the way. However be aware: Every day they are open from 09:00-18:00 BUT CLOSED FOR LUNCH AT 13:00 - 14:00 so no service between these times. I have sent a request to make this change on the site for future patrons as nearly 20 people (including I) went there and either waited or had to leave as this hour closure was not indicated online.
Received my annual flu jab, pharmacist was the best. Friendly and simply superb.
Friendly & helpful staff who go out of their way to provide an excellent service. In a different class to our previous pharmacy in Woolston. Would definitely recommend.

I have moved to netley pharmacy last month or so and in my experience first class service all the way on two of my visits their has be problems with me receiving my repeat perception not from the pharmacy end from my surgery where the pharmacy hasn't received the script and guys the pharmacist and fellow colleagues are amazing what could have been a disaster where I would be without my meds for six days before I could get hold of my surgery (due to bank holidays) they were able to arrange a week supply of my meds to cover me till it can be sorted. Can't tell you how relieved I am as I was getting upset as requested the meds over a week earlier due to it being Easter so big thank you to the team
