   Really poor service rarely ready on time. Rude staff and pharmacist. Always takes ages to find (no system) takes over a week to get ready. Very poor service

   Appalling service and attitude if staff. Been waiting since 14/10 for prescription, different excuses each time I phone or go in. Vulnerable 95 year old has now run out of medication. Temporary staff for last fortnight have been downright rude. Not covid safe with DPD parcels all over the floor and staff handling the parcels and then handling medications straight away. Staff not wearing masks in this very vulnerable area. They don't answer their phone at all. Lose prescriptions, dispense wrong items. I have written to head office and also phoned them, but is getting worse. Lady dispenser back from holiday today so hopefully some improvement. However this is not a short 2 week problem it has been ongoing for months. I would give 0star if allowed

   I drove here to use dpd drop off service on 28/09/20 went into the store and asked “can I drop off dpd parcels” the woman said “yes”, so I went back to my car took in 2 large parcels stood there waiting for 13 minutes to be informed by the same woman "I have not been trained to do that" no apology nothing she saw me there waiting for 13 minutes with 2 massive parcels I asked beforehand if I could drop them off and was told yes, so thanks for wasting my time your rudeness is astounding! Note to store owner: this took place at about 17:00-17:13 so if you own this store take look at the camera footage maybe you should fire this rude woman?

   Nice staff who worked through lockdown and beyond for the Botley community. The NHS have understandably had lots of praise and thanks but sometimes maybe all the people working in pharmacies are forgotton so it's a big thank you from me.

   Used this location as they are a registered pick up point for DPD courier services. I was assisted by two young ladies on my two visits and both made the experience a painless one. Super friendly and welcoming staff, who are happy to help a novice, parcel posting, pensioner achieve his goal. Recommended. And thank you Rowlands.
