   Nicky has been popping in for our dogs during the day for around 18 months now. She always sends us pictures from her visits with a little message about their day. We feel safe in the knowledge that she would let us know whenever one of them seems out of sorts. Would highly recommend.

   Nicky has been walking our dog Aggie every week for almost five years now. Aggie loves her time with Nicky - she is always excited when she hears the van pull up. I can't recommend Nicky enough. She cares so much about the dogs and their wellbeing and just wants them to have fun! She is super reliable and nothing is too difficult. If you're looking for a fantastic dog walker in Southampton look no further!

   We were lucky to have found Nicky and her company 'Pickles Pets' around 3yrs ago and we've never looked back. Instant peace of mind whenever we are away and always the most lovely photos/videos of our cats from her first visit to the last :) It is so clear that our pets get all the attention they need, even as outdoor pets that can sometimes be a challenge getting in for food [selective memory on 24hr cat flap access vs sunbathing/chasing anything that moves etc etc] the photos are great evidence that they are almost always back for Nicky's food tops up and loving affection.

   Nicky has been taking Bella on walks every week since she was a pup. Nicky is professional, 100% reliable and also flexible if I need to swap days around with work commitments. Nicky and Bella have a lovely bond and Ive only got to say where’s aunty Nicky and Bella runs to the door. I get beautiful pictures from the walks where Bella is having such fun with the others on the walks and you can see how much she enjoys them. We would be lost without Nicky.

   Pickles Pets offer a truly amazing service. Heimdall has been walked by Nicky since he was 6 months old – he just turned five – and he utterly adores his ‘aunty Nicky’! His excitement to go walking with Nicky is palpable and he returns home extremely content and tired – just perfect! He goes to many different places - a number of times he has known a place when we seek out somewhere new to walk – and the texts, pictures and videos from Nicky each walk confirm the sheer delight our boy has with her and his pals! We often giggle at the fun he is having and love the fabulous moments Nicky captures. Nicky is professional, reliable, respectful and so loves the animals she cares for. Her use of GPS tracking was a relief to us when Heimdall was younger. Now he would never go out of Nicky’s eye-sight! We would all be lost without her and are so very grateful for the care and love she shows our boy and us. We highly recommend Pickles Pets. You and your dog are also sure to love this incredible service! Thank you Nicky.

   Nicky has been cat-sitting our boys for a few years now and she's fantastic. She's friendly and professional and It's such a weight off my mind to know that our kitties are being looked after whilst we're away. We even get photo updates so we can see what they've been up to! Nicky is very reliable and the boys love her company, and I love knowing that they're in safe hands. Would definitely recommend.

   We have used Pickles Pets to walk our French Bulldog Rupert for the last 4 years. We have not once found their service to be anything short of exceptional, and cannot highly recommend them enough. Rupert goes on group walks 3 times a week with Nicky, and the bond they have is clear to see. The photos she sends of Rupert out on his walks are a great reassurance that he is in good care and having a good walk, not that we've ever felt the need to see such proof from Nicky. We trust her and everyone at Pickles Pets completely when Rupert is in their care, and as such we think of Nicky as extended family. Nicky is always personable and friendly, in fact, my 2 girls who are often home when she comes to collect and drop off Rupert, are just as excited to see her as Rupert is. Nicky is professional and extremely reliable, and she's always been flexible when we have had to cancel walks at short notice due to Rupert's health. We often say how lucky we feel that we found a local company that is this good just on our doorstep. Finding a local service that is both professional/reliable but also personable can sometimes be a challenge, but Pickles Pets have this balance. Highly recommended!

   Just felt I had to write a review in response to the previous review. We have always found Nicky to be totally professional in the 3 years we have used her services. We are so glad we have found her to look after our cats. Always does more than we ask of her, the house is always spotless when we return home and more importantly our elderly cat is happy. We left on our last holiday in June a rather poorly cat but reassured by Nicky she would take good care of her. We came home to a different cat healthy and well. We could not recommend Nicky highly enough to anyone nervous about leaving their beloved pets and their homes in her care. She is just brilliant.
