   What can I say! Absolutely fantastic shop 5⭐ Service was impeccable. Extremely passionate, knowledgeable and friendly staff.. Stunning set ups of healthy reptiles and invertebrates. I've never seen such happy and content Chameleons in a shop environment ever! All round a fantastic shop for every reptile/ invert enthusiast and great value for money too. Just wish you weren't so far away from me!!

   Very happy with the customer service this shop provides. the shop is clean, tidy and you can tell the staff have an immense passion for all the animals they care for, plus the tanks look insane and are catered to each animals needs. staff are super friendly, happy to answer any questions or queries. honestly felt easy talking to the staff throughout the shop! couldn’t recommend this place enough - this shop is the place to go!!!

   Travelled an hour to visit this particular store after reading the great reviews on Facebook. I was looking into getting a royal python after mine died this year and came away with one! We have a store closer than this, but I wanted to come here and I wasn’t disappointed with the service or set ups. They put the animal first which is what a good store should do. An overall great experience and worth the distance travelled. Very friendly service and they all have great passion and knowledge. Thank you :)

   Just wanted to say how pleased we are from the service we have received have at Southampton reptile. I have previously bought an Albino Hognose about 5 years ago and had the same Quality service! Mikey helped me and my partner purchasing a Banana Pinstripe Ball Python and gave us a great deal and was very informative! We drove one hour and thirty minutes and despite how busy it was we always felt like a priority and being well looked after. Will be coming back for all reptile needs despite having shops closer. You can not put a price on service!!

   Nice selection of exotics and well stocked in accessories. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable too. However, they are overly expensive. For example, a heat mat was £33 from them...the same heatmat was over £10 cheaper elsewhere. Handy for convenience of buying accessories if you need it ASAP but if not in a hurry for bits and bobs, internet shopping will literally save you £££
