I've got 19 months old Rottie and I am visiting the shop quite frequently, staff is always nice and helping me to find the treats that are not in stock from other shops. Alex always brighten up my day and is really helpfull.
This is a great store with a great selection and not too over priced. Also the advice from in store staff is amazing, one of their staff advised me about litter which was stressing me out as one of my kittens wouldn't use his tray and with his advice and getting the litter he recommended it worked. They also are great at helping to take heavy stuff to car, very accommodating with parking, it's just great there.
Great shop for all things pets. My pet likes a lot of stuff I get from here. The staff are professional, friendly and very sociable. Every time I visit, it feels like they are happy to see me which is nice
Had the immense pleasure of meeting James today. Super friendly and you can tell he really knows his stuff! The shop was clean, well laid out and well stocked. Will definitely be visiting again

I visited the Bitterne store today as my Labrador was not eating her kibble. I asked for some help and Lucy was very informative and helpful at advising me which food to choose, showing me what was in the different makers kibble and what proportions of meat and veg etc to help change my dogs appetite. She also advised me which low fat treats to choose as my dog is slightly overweight. I will definitely return to this store to purchase my dog food in the future.
Good service and good advice, was looking for hypoallergenic food for our small dog as she hadn't been very well, spoke to Lucy and explained the situation, she knew exactly what we needed, she was very informative on the brand of food and happy to say our little one loves the food. I have since gone back and got more of the same brand of food and again Lucy gave great advice. Would recommend any one to go here if in the Bitterne area.
Great products, friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. Bought some fantastic matching collars for our older dog and our new puppy. Looking forward to being able to take the pup to puppy hour once she’s had all her jabs.
REALLY pleased with the service I was provided with last and this week! The young woman (Lucy) was very knowledgable in the assistance she provided both weeks and I could not recommend this pet shop highly enough! #outstanding
This shop (and the staff in the shop) is literally my dog’s favourite place. We cannot walk past without him pulling to go in, they are so friendly and helpful in there. They have helped us fit a harness, given advice about chews and worming tablets, and here he is in his jumper that they fitted him into. Big thank you to all the staff in there.
