   To maintain this style, you need to brush the coat every other day and have grooming done once a month. Otherwise, it will get severely matted.

   The store manager is a really nice person with a kind heart. My naughty dog used to pee and poop all over the house and bark loudly. After I left it at the store for boarding, it was trained very well, and I could connect to the surveillance 24 hours a day to see my dog. It was really great!

   I'm really sorry for causing trouble to the store because my puppies were recently fostered there and they would pee randomly, so the owner had to lay out pads. The store usually doesn't accept puppy sitting because she has her own dogs, but she really helped me a lot this time. It's very helpful and there was no charge for me. They also take good care of my puppies and give them baths. I can also connect to their 24-hour cctv in the store and can check on them at any time. I will pick them up soon. I hope this didn't cause too much trouble thanks.

   Went to just have a look around to see if I can buy a toy for my pet. Got greeted when I got in which is nice but after that I don't feel the shopping experience was great. The following around was just not great like they expect I take something and run out. I didn't see anything my pet would like so I thought I buy food but don't think I'll be going back again caue that following around left bitter experience. Edit: thank for the reply. I know they want to see if they want to introduce things but the following around was just really uncomfortable.

   Thank you for doing such an amazing job on Otus (my cat). Poor thing had got so many knots on himself and you did brilliantly at making him comfortable. You were also great at keeping me informed when you found out it would take longer than you first thought. Brilliant service. We will definitely be back.
