   Terrible since the new relocation. Called repeatedly to chase a prescription but couldn't get through. Decided to drop in as I assume it would be busy. Slow service was due to the "staff too busy cleaning".. Had to chase an urgent prescription only to discover it was ready and waiting the day before. Worst pharmacy in the area. Looks new and clean but customer focus/care doesn't seem to be a priority. Would recommend patients look elsewhere for vital care.

   This pharmacy is far to busy to give a good service to customers took me 9 days to get my prescription through, they don't answer the phone, don't send texts. Load of rubbish totally mi's managed I will never use them again, my sugars have been sky high because Ive had no medication.

   Since the move service still appears shambolic at times with long queues, and staff frequently interrupting one another. Apparent delay between SMS notifications to patients and pharmacist final check may be contributing to queues.

   Waiting times are ridiculous, nearly always queued to the door! Often have to return to get my tablets, 3 trips on last prescription and they didn't know there were there 3 separate bags! Needs new management. Have swapped to another pharmacy now. AVOID!

   I truly feel for the shop staff , but wow ! Waiting 10 minutes for 2 staff members to find a prescription ! I could truly see their frustration.. a queue of over 10 waiting , some elderly who have problems standing etc ..staff are constantly having to apologise .. Please sort out a better system ! The one you have in place is confusing and messy !

   I find it hard to understand the negative comments about this Pharmacy. EVERY time I go in there, they couldn't be more helpful. They have shown me compassion and kindness. Yes I may have to wait, but they have a lot of patients, so it's understandable. The delivery driver is a wonderfully cheerful chap. I can honestly say, In all the places I've lived.. this is the BEST Pharmacy I've had the pleasure of using. Thank you all for your hard work.

   Staff are generally friendly enough but the service is extremely slow. They often haven't ordered in all of the required medication when I go in to collect which has causes delays and they've even refused to prescribe because the prescription had expired despite them having it but not acting on it (despite my chasing) for over a month! No apology for the delay, just 'we can't prescribe'. Avoid if you can.
