Absolutely shocking customer service, will never use them again! They have LOST my wife's prescription and then had the audacity to to be rude to me about it... Safe to say I wasn't very polite back after being spoken to like that by the woman pharmacist! Avoid this pace at all costs!
This pharmacy was a 6 before it was taken over. Now it's stretch being a 1 the service is absolutely terrible. They never pick up the phone they always say they haven't received prescription knowing they have. Staff have no idea what there doing.i quite often run out of medication to the point it's an emergency. I disabled and unable to get to the pharmacy so rely on delivery witch could be any time. Now they have decided charge for Doset box which I can't afford it
Absolutely dreadful customer service. Waited at the till for 5 minutes and the male who was supposed to be serving said he was busy when I rang the counter bell, after another 2 minutes he still hadn't come to the counter so I called to him and again he said he'd be there soon. Left my purchases on the counter and I and 2 other customers left. What has happened to this chemist it used to be run by polite friendly staff but it is a shambles. Will not be going in there again.
They rarely answer the phone. I never know when my meds will arrive, and it's practically impossible to contact the pharmacy. I am dependent on deliveries as I am elderly with serious health conditions. I order well in advance of need, but cannot get information as they don't answer the phone. Need to improve.
Switched pharmacy because mine were getting ridiculous, the staff were helpful, explained what I had to do to switch and within half an hour I had my medication which was sent to a different pharmacy and the Dr sent the wrong items. I got a txt when it was ready to collect. So glad I changed to this pharmacist. Thank you for all of your help.
This is a great little pharmacy, staff are all lovely.
We have used the Pharmacy for many years while caring for an elderly lady We know use it for ourselves,can’t fault any member of staff helpful over the phone or face to face The follow up yet the pharmacist when your medication is changed or new to you is second to none Thanks Guys
Since transferring to this Pharmacy the staff have always helped "taking steps which I consider above and beyond" to answer and resolve any queries which includes prescription requests. Great service and customer experience. Thank you!
I take 51 pills a day and I need special medical supplies. I have my prescriptions sent straight from my surgery to the pharmacy and they then deliver to me. Nothing is too much for them and if in a hurry they escalate my prescriptions. When I need any advise on complicated matters the pharmacist is very helpful. When I have gone in the shop there are a wide variety of products available and seems well stocked up!. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend
