“I bought my dog Bambi in for her annual booster. She is a rescue dog and very wary of visiting the vets. The lady vet I saw was fantastic with her, and very reassuring. She also gave me some useful information about training and helping with Bambi's anxieties. I do see a different vet each time we visit, so there is a lack of continuity would be my only negative. But everyone I've seen has been lovely. And the Receptionist was also vey helpful. Thank you”

“My cat was loose in my car when I arrived at vets after fighting / refusing to go in cat basket at home . Never had this experience with her before with her hissing and biting . The vet and receptionist came out with their own cage and after managing to wrap cat in a towel managed to put in their cage safely and into vets . I was so concerned about my traumatised cat but the vet was so helpful and calm for her checkup . She was absolutely fine when I got her home . What great service - such lovely ladies . Thank you”

“Pet doctors Chandlers Ford are always welcoming and efficient. Today whilst picking up Mabels tablets, I asked about getting her spayed. I was given all the information I needed. Last Mon, Mabel had eaten something at a neighbours house and began vomiting and violently shaking. The staff at the vets were very calm, thorough in their questions and managed to get us into the partner vet in Southampton. They too were very efficient, thankfully Mabel recovered after 24hours. Absolutely fabulous, every time I attend with my cats I am always greeted with a warm welcome and my cats are treated with love and care and attention, which reassures me that my cats are in safe hands. The whole team at Pet Doctors Botley do a fantastic job especially at helping to keep me at ease when it comes to Jonsnow and Wookie having their vaccinations , it’s a Mum thing. “The new email system for routine appointments is very efficient and we were seen the same day. I called on arrival and waited outside, lovely Clare called me back to take some information then came out to collect my dog. My dog is 16 and gets anxious, so although I understand why, I was apprehensive about leaving her, but she came out very calm, accompanied by Clare who explained her treatment plan and brought out medication. For payment I contacted them the following day. They have clearly worked hard to find a system that ensures everyone is safe. Very friendly and efficient service, and I felt they really cared for my lovely old lady. I would recommend without hesitation.”
