Always get good service at this vets. Appointments are easily available and i have recently enrolled my cat onto the healthy pet club. Special praise for Rebecca who was incredibly patient and kind in cutting my very annoyed cats claws.
Difficult to explain as my cat has complex problems due to a cancerous condition. But I have been given good advice and I'm hoping that it can be managed.
I found a local feral pigeon that was suffering from string foot. I took him to the reception and they asked me to wait outside as she could have avian flu, which was proactive for health of other pets, and then their senior vetinarian inspected her and with the advice of another vet explained the best options for her care. Although the case was severe enough to need euthanasia, the kindness, informative and genuine care all at the team had makes me confident it was the right decision and I would recommend their care for any pet owner. Thank you to all who helped today!

Me and my partner booked in our cat with Becky the receptionist at chandlers ford. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She booked us in to brook house where rebecca the nurse was brilliant, so helpful and really wonderful with our cat sapphire. Would really recommend the excellent service. 10/10
Absolutely the worst veterinary clinic ever! So unprofessional and clearly all about the money! Have just been told our dog can not get his kennel cough vaccination for 6 months due to vaccine shortages. Spoke with 2 other local vets who say there is no shortage! When I called back I was then told it was because of there is a shortage of vets, REALLY!!!!!!! They have an excuse for everything and take zero accountability. They falsely advertise the Healthy Pet Club and do not offer the services that are promised with membership. There is one vet there by the by the name of Vanessa who is awesome, sad to leave her but the rest of the staff are absolutely worthless. Go elsewhere!
So, I've been with Brook House since the beginning of July and honestly, they have been really amazing and helpful. I always feel welcome and the staff are all really helpful and amazing. As a first time pet owner, the vets have made things so much easier for us, helping with advice and overall general care towards Axel our Kitten. I would highly recommend anyone to register here as it's a sure way for your pets to get the best treatment and care
Everyone was so kind here I took the world's best cat on the one way visit. I miss my darling boy terribly but it was his time and he was treated with gentle care.
Amazing vets, we've been with them since 2014 and they are brilliant. Team are friendly and helpful. They give great care to our 3 cats. Ally on the admin side is always particularly lovely and knows our boys and treats us as valued customers.
The worst experience I have ever had at a vets. 1. The vet Ambra did not realise my cat was a boy (nor did I but im not a vet) and went in to be spayed, having seen him three times and never picking up he was a he. They cut my cat open and then realised it was a boy - phoned me mid surgery and said did I want the male procedure- and had the audacity to charge me for the service despite unnecessary procedures and discomfort to my cat. I then had my membership terminated and I've been unable to find a vet since. This happened in 2021. I see they reply to their reviews here so I will be interested to see what their reply is.
