   Amazing treatment, everything from start to finish was explained in detail , options discussed ,surgical procedure, follow up and costs were all covered. My dog had TPOL surgery 3 years ago on one knee at Anderson Moores which was entirely successful , all is looking good for recovery of second procedure of other knee , 2 days ago he came home , he is still in care to ensure the recovery is good , follow up appointments and physiotherapy booked. Would definitely recommend

   James operated on our 7 month old pug 8 weeks ago, the whole team have been amazing and Garrie is always pleased to go back and see them. The empathy and care is above and beyond what we could have asked for. They have always been quick to get back to us with any concerns even when we had to phone on a Sunday morning.

   Leo was referred to Anderson Moores after being hit by a car and breaking both his back legs a year ago. I was told by the initial emergency vets that the chances of survival were slim. I will forever be thankful for the team at Anderson Moores. Two metal plates in his back legs, and a year later you wouldn’t know there was ever anything wrong. Thank you thank you thank you.

   Wonderful ! We couldn’t be happier with the treatment our 16 year old Papillon Barney was given after being referred to Anderson Moore specialist. The reception staff were very welcoming and our veterinary surgeon Matthew Oxford was so reassuring and explained everything that was going to happen and came out to let us know that Barney was recovering and doing amazingly well after his surgery. Thank you so much for looking after Barney .

   We were so impressed with the care and attention given to our very anxious dog. We came in for an emergency appointment and all staff encountered were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during a high stress time for us all. We even received a follow-up call after we had been referred back to our normal vet. Very impressed.

   I was referred to Anderson Moores by my vet when my 10 year old dachshund was showing signs of back problems. After a thorough examination by Jessica she recommended a conservative care route which I was extremely happy with, all too often I feel we’re encouraged down the invasive route which I really wanted to avoid. After 6 weeks crate rest Mash has now completed 4 physio sessions with Laura and is 97% back to normal. Their care and attention has been excellent throughout. Thanks so much to everyone who helped Mash in his recovery

   Fabulous, my dog is as good as new after his cruciate operation. Lovely physio staff, really caring. Went for physio again today and Charlie loved every second of it. The two girls in physio are so good and so gentle Charlie doesn't want to come away.

   I found the staff to be highly professional, caring and extremely understanding. The staff treat all.the pets like their own and have gone out of their way to help both of my dogs. They saved one of my dogs life and have done everything in their power to help my exceptionally disabled little foster dog. I admit not every appointment has gone to plan as Arlo is a challenging little man. However, they have radically changed his life forever. Thank you to everyone.
