   Started off good an now have become sus, I was ordering flea tablets for cats from them very regularly then all of sudden the tracking is strange not updated an says delivery date unavailable this was couple months ago an still says same, started buying elsewhere Ive been buying big sacks of monkey nuts 4th time now didn't know was this company or wouldn't have bought an same has happened started off good arrived very quickly now same with tracking been saying Milton keynes for days nothing is happening contacted seller an says royal mail are behind, I told them they don't even work regular no more only twice or so a week they need stop using royal mail they are rubbish been fined 25 million by ofcom for failing to meet delivery quoter. I don't know if it's a new person don't know what doing or doing tracking wrong but something isnt right for happen twice

   I ordered Antos Gourmet Sausages, but was sent completely different, cheaper-looking treats instead. When I contacted customer service, I was told that Antos “don’t make treats” – which is simply untrue, as I’ve been buying them for years for my dogs. Instead of resolving the issue, I was fobbed off and offered no refund or exchange. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items must be exactly as described, and this clearly wasn’t. Unfortunately, Superpet have been unreliable throughout this process. Judging by similar feedback from others, it looks like I’ll now have to request a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. Very disappointing experience. Very unprofessional customer service. What a joke company! EDIT TO THEIR RESPONSE: You are only replying professionally when it's public, your email responses are atrocious and you should be embarrassed at 1) your lack of customer service skills and 2) your pitiful grasp of the English language. The product I received was NOT what was pictured or described at all. I ordered smooth skinned Antos sausages and what I received was Nutriment odd looking sausages that I cannot use for my dog and is not recommended by my dog trainer. I do not use unfamiliar discount brands for my dogs for health and safety reasons. I have luckily received the money back via a Chargeback with my bank, as I am pretty sure I wouldn't receive a refund even if I did send these back judging by the poor reviews you have on here and Trustadvisor. What a joke company. Embarrassing.

   I have regularly been ordering dried mealworms for the garden birds for the last year or two. The price is the best I can find, the quality is excellent and delivery speedy. I highly recommend Superpet.

   THEY HAVE KEPT MY MONEY FOR GOODS NOT RECEIVED! Disgraceful place. I left a trustpilot review describing non stop problems with them and their subscription portal and their response is full of inaccuracies and lies! I have already explained time and time again til I'm blue in the face that their subscription portal doesn't let me finish actions I am trying to perform! I even at one point took a photo showing the box that pops up if I want to complete and action is cut off and doesn't allow me to go any further and explained on the phone to one of their guys this problem. They are downright rude, argumentative accuse me of lying and inaccurately said my changes only fail when I try to edit the order shortly before it's due! I spent MONTHS trying to edit and get it all on one date! Many times nowhere near before it was due. The straight swaps or changes in sizes always worked but skipping orders or anything else wasn't working. Members of staff HAVE given me conflicting information and FYI my phone records all my calls so I still have these conflicting conversations saved in my phone. The public needs to be aware the sort of argumentative customer blaming imbeciles that work for this company. I have spent a lot of money with them over a period with no apologies and them just closing my account which after today's manager directly blaming me it's actually what I decided I wanted anyway. But thats not the point, the point is they treat and accuse customers of lying so I am actually currently talking to trading standards. My neighbour refused the parcel for me and they are still keeping my money. I have added in proof since they like to make up lies in their trustpilot responses. Here you can see me stating I had previously asked for only one delivery and you can also see me trying to explain that the subscription portal isn't working for me. You can also see they gave received their parcel back though a decent company would have refunded the moment they saw it was on its way back and not kept me waiting since I never wanted this order to begin with!

   I've been ordering Whimzees "Antlers" from Superpet on subscription for a year now. I am very happy with the service I receive from this company. The product remains the cheapest version I can find, and rather than increase in price over the year, I find am now paying less than when I started. I am always sent a timely email alerting me to the upcoming payment and delivery of the product. This is very helpful as it allows me to make changes if I need to. The subscription page on their website is very user friendly, allowing me to reschedule my delivery, skip or completely change all future deliveries. They also use minimal packaging, which is more environmentally friendly - something that wins another tick with me! All in all, I've only had great service from Superpet. Therefore, I'm one happy customer :-)

   Ordered an item on Amazon with a company called Superpetstoreuk247 which is run by the same family that runs Superpet Ltd. This review is a warning to watch out ordering from this business or related businesses. The company used a completely incompetent delivery company to “deliver” my item. The delivery company didn’t even attempt to deliver it to my address and I know this for a fact as I was at home and my video doorbell didn’t have a delivery driver even attempt delivery. I questioned where my order was and they sent me a picture of it left on the wrong doorstep in full view of passers by. Not only were they super rude and have no customer service skills in their response, they refused to accept accountability. As a result, I haven’t received my order and I am now out of pocket. The obvious action for the company to do is contact the delivery company and hold them accountable and refund me for the item I did not receive. However, they stand by the order was delivered and “signed for” by my name at the wrong address. They can’t provide evidence this was signed for as it would be physically impossible for me to sign for an item at an address I don’t live at. Obviously too much effort for them to do the right thing and I’m so disgusted. Currently taking this matter forward with Amazon which is wasting my own time. Thanks a lot! A warning to others thinking of using a company that thinks their responsibility of customer service ends once a transaction is complete and thinks it’s ok for a delivery company to leave your order outside on public view at the wrong address. *In response to the company who responded below. According to Companies House, Superpet Limited is run by the family surname Goode and Superpetstoreuk247 is also run by a surname Goode family member. The same Goode is named on both businesses so I can only assume they are related somehow.
