“So good with my dog look after her so well and I so very kind. Thank you.”
“Stocks Vets are friendly, professional & knowledgeable. We would not take our pets anywhere else. Highly recommended”
“I've had some of my hardest times having to go down here and 9 times out of 10 have always had the support and understanding and help from staff here. Whether your pet is a rat to a cat, they understand that these animals are your family and respect that. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new vets place”
“Helpful and friendly team will always help try and fit you in for an appointment, would recommend to all animal lovers. Our latest visit with my 22 year cat tigger was so relaxed he lay down and chilled whilst in with the vet George. Not normal for tigger, usually cries out.”
“We had to take our 50kg boy to the team today as an emergency, losing blood and he was terrified. We can honestly say the whole team from start to finish were incredible, so patient with him and very informative. Happy to have such a great vet. Thank you all so much for making an extremely stressful experience so much more comfortable x”
“Best vets around I moved to blacks vets from another practice after being badly treated. I had been going to the previous practice for nearly TWO YEARS!!! and I was still no further forward with what was wrong with my dog Billy. After only two visits to blacks he was diagnosed with a rare life limiting illness sadly. I was devastated. From that moment on even with the insurance everything was dealt with amazingly. The staff are lovely, kind and understanding. The vet who I saw was so brilliant. He treated my Billy like his own. All insurance was paid out with no problems. To the point I used up my whole policy. Which due to the fact he had so much work done. They did everything they could to keep him going. At the end when the time came to say goodbye they treated us like royalty. Made us feel so special. It was such a peaceful passing. I was devastated. They even took a fur clipping and put it in a bottle for me and a paw print for me to кеер. If you want a good, caring, genuine vets look no further”
“We've been taking our two rescue guinea pigs to 608 vets since we got them over 3 years ago. For most of our visits we have been looked after by the exotic vet, Sergio Rodriguez Valera. As they've got older they've had a few issues and this year, they needed two operations each, first for gynae problems and then for skin tumours. Sergio has done an amazing job with them, dealing with some difficult issues in two of the ops, and both guinea pigs are now doing great. He always took time to explain what he was doing, answering our many questions, and really cared about how they were. Five stars isn't really enough. Thank you Sergio, I don't think it's overstating it to say they probably wouldn't still be here without you.”
“I've brought my rabbits here twice now for their annual check ups and vaccines and have had an amazing experience both times. The vets are extremely knowledgeable and helped put the buns at ease even when they were being fussy. Both times I have been advised of treatment or care advice with zero pressure to purchase them but all the information to make a decision myself. The woman at reception is also really lovely and welcome. Seriously can't fault them and wouldn't want to go anywhere else now.”
“Unfortunately Lyn had to have her Cat Louie euthanized due to a Stomach Tumour your Vetanory Nurses were excellent , they spoke to Lyn by phone, as she could not attend as she is disabled, explainng everthing , they sent a Sympathy Card and arranged Cremation and Casket, overall a very professional, sympathetic experience, gladly recommend to everyone. Thank you Kindest regards.”
“The table tops were so exciting, I had a great time making sure every inch was inspected for hidden foods - unfortunately it seems all of the surfaces had been cleaned thoroughly. 10 out of 10 for the nail job, although quite why you decided to change my perfectly sharpened talons I will never understand. Looking forward to inspecting under the desk next time - I'm pretty certain that's where the snacks are kept (and thank you for not fat shaming me - I'm nearly bikini body ready) Fudge.”
“We very recently adopted a dog from dogs trust who had developed a limp. I called and the receptionist was do friendly and managed to book us in thw next day. Our dog was collected from the car by a lovely vet who was reassuring and lovely and our dog although very nerbous, came back relaxed. Great service, great advice and very helpful. Thank you”
“Great exotic vet. The staff were friendly and my little hamster was weighed, had a nail trim and I was given some advice for his elderly care. Thankyou Manor Vets!”
“Lovely staff who are very friendly and welcoming. I would like to shout out Dr Chelsey - one of their vets who was amazing with my dog and made him feel super comfortable during his check up and vaccinations which we’ve never had before. A massive thank you as it really goes a long way to ensure a dog has a good experience x”
“I've used these vets for as long as I can remember and all my furries are treated as VIPets. The staff are patient, kind, and very helpful regarding my ADHD and my none existent attention span.”
“We visited this vets for the first time, our cat wasn't well so we rang up to see if they could see him, they got us in straightaway, registered at the same time. The staff and vet are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this veterinary centre!”
“Just recently registered my puppy frankie. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. So glad I chose this vets this time around. 10 out of 10 thankyou xxx”
“Absolutely amazing and caring staff! Taking our beloved dog there knowing she was going to have her last breath at the waterfront vet centre was so upsetting but the staff were so empathetic and could not do enough for us! Even a little card a week later expressing their condolences. Couldn't rate them highly enough!”
“Had my puppies 1st vaccination here yesterday and was a pleasant experience. The vet was lovely and understanding.”
“down to earth absolutely brilliant. After being refused to be seen by my 2 local vets because my boy wasn't registered even though I explained that I thought he was dying Townsends had no problem at all by 1030 that morning he had been seen and now doing brilliant Wendy's a god send”
“We've had a great experience with this practice and couldn't be happier with the care our pets have received. All of the staff are incredibly friendly, compassionate, and consistently go above and beyond to look after the animals in their care. An experience that really stood out was when our dog needed stitches after a bite. The vet managed to perform the surgery the same day, even though our appointment was later in the afternoon. We were so grateful for the responsiveness and dedication of the team. Special thanks to Lorraine, Jenny, and Zdena, who have all provided exceptional care to our dog recently. They were kind, professional, and took the time to make both us and our dog feel safe and well looked after. As pet owners, we always feel listened to. The staff makes sure to explain every option and never pressures us into unnecessary treatments, it's clear they care about the wellbeing of the pets more than anything. The clinic itself is clean and welcoming.”
“I am very impressed I had a phone appointment for my dog Milo this morning as he had a bad ear . Jack sorted it out over the phone he was lovely . And told me to go pick up his medication I then got to the pdsa itself and was greeted by a lovely reception women I asked to show another pic of my dogs ear and vet Charlotte had a look and told me all the medicine was correct for him as I worry . She was lovely also gave me a cone for his head so he’s ear wouldn’t get harmed anymore . I’m really impressed and could not thank them enough ! Thank you x”
“Excellent service again for our small animals with the lovely veterinary nurse. Staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions and give us advice - great value for money. Wouldn't want to take our boys anywhere else.”
“I honestly couldn't recommend Fivelands Moseley more highly! My dog Bowie is a "frequent flyer" at the surgery and we really are treated like family. Bowie loves his visits to the vets as he gets loads of fuss from all the staff. The care he receives is second to none and this is very much prioritised over profit. When Bowie lost an eye 18 months ago, I was touched to learn that the costs for eye pressure tests were dramatically reduced so that these became an affordable standard part of an eye exam. Bowie now has his eye pressure checked during every appointment, and I'm sure this lowered cost has supported the eye care of many other dogs too. Bowie has also had two expert surgeries at Fivelands, which were very successful and life-changing for him (especially his BOAS surgery). We're so grateful to live so close to such a great surgery - we wouldn't go anywhere else (even if we move!)”
“My dog Dede has been under the oncology team from January 25 to November 25, we have had weekly chemotherapy appointments and a three night stay in the hospital ward. I want to add that my dog is very well behaved and I am very particular with how she is treated - The Willows have been nothing but professional and caring towards my little girl and I could not recomend this place more and I have never been concerned about her care. A big shout out to Furgus and Bryn and the wider oncology team, but also all of the really caring nurses who have made our experience a positive one - The day my dogs nasty lymphoma reurns we will he refering back to The Willows. Might I add we travel from Leicestershire for this amazing place!”
“Both vets and nurses and admins are very friendly. Took my rabbits here for joint dislocation treatment, GI stasis and serious wounds. They took the appointment very quickly and I'm glad I changed to this vet from another. The joint dislocation treatment went very well and my rabbit is now fully healed (The successful rate in general of this type of treatment is not high, and there were high risks of dislocate again). Being fully healed is totally out of expectation. He is happily jumping and running like nothing happened. You can see the love towards your animals from the vets' eyes. They are very passionate and listen to your concerns. They were willing to run extra tests just to make sure my rabbits are fine. All the risks, complications, how necessary (or not necessary) the meds/tests/treatments are, and costs were well explained. Highly recommend!”
“First time bringing my puppy, had no appointment booked as i just dropped by for advice on being first time dog mommy and the receptionist was so lovely and welcoming and got me in for an appointment straight away . the vet was very friendly and checked my puppy all over . very happy customer”
“My husband and I can't recommend Riversmeet enough. Vet Simona Oprea especially has been brilliant with our dog 4 year old blue merle border collie, Woody. He is a complex & rare case with Systemic Lupus (causing liver issues), immune-mediated thrombocytopenia and steroid induced cushing's (causing hair loss and muscle wastage). She has tried everything and been a great support in his recovery. He is improving everyday with his treatment and we couldn't be more grateful.”
“Absolutely brilliant veterinary practice! First and foremost, they saved our dogs life after diagnosing a very rare condition and have been fantastic in helping us manage it ever since. From the minute you walk in, the staff on reception are welcoming and friendly and always help with queries and questions, scheduling multiple appointments, ordering medications etc. They were so patient with helping use the pet insurance as we make multiple claims a year, making our life so much easier and providing so much information for us when we wanted to establish which parts of his care we would use the insurance for. The vet nurses are very knowledgeable and always friendly, which makes you feel confident too. Finally, the veterinary team are the best we've ever. They explain everything really well, consider all the options, make great recommendations and really work to problem solve for us. We can't thank them enough really for everything the whole team have done and do for us, because we know without them, we wouldn't still have our beautiful boy with us.”
“Regularly use Calm Eze tablets for my cats to help with stress related issues - great product at a decent price.”
“Open Christmas Day until 3pm and Boxing Day until 2pm. Staff were great, helpful and informative. Highly recommend”
