βAbsolutely amazing. We were on holiday nearby to the surgery and our dog hurt her paw. Dan was able to see us straight away and helped our poor doggy. He was amazing. And now our dog has everything she needs to heal. Thank you so much Sands veterinary practiceβ
βOn my visit I saw Andrew who I usually see as I prefer continuity of care. Ruby had a lump which had been checked and had started to grow so needed further investigation before removal. Andrew referred Ruby for a CT scan and subsequently an operation. Ruby has recently had op and is in recovery stage so hopefully all will be well. Andrew us always professional, cares about his patients and provides an excellent service.β
βA great experience at NW vet specialists. Mabel came to see Ed and the team after having a failed operation to rectify an operation when she was 1 year old. Needless to say I was fearing the worst after the experiences we have had. Ed was hopeful a TPLO would work and spent time checking this would be best for her due to her history. As a very over protective dog mum I was understandably anxious about another operation however Mabel was well looked after and was soon home for her recovery journey. We had to attend due to a wound issue and they promptly admitted her for the day and looked after me very well whilst I waited for her. The team have been on hand on the phone when needed for reassurance and the ladies on reception are absolute gems. Mabel is making steady progress and has her spark back after so long struggling. And all being well she will fully recover and be back to her 5am wake ups for her morning long walk. I wish we had been under your care years ago !β
βHave used this vet for over 13 years. Wouldnβt go anywhere else. Yes you may queue but you would at A&E and at least that means that the vet is giving your pet a thorough check over. All staff are so friendly and helpful.β
βLuckily was sent to this practice (out of hours) on two occasions over the last two years. Both times my very elderly dogs had to be put to sleep. Absolutely the right decision. The care of the staff was so exemplary that I decided to move over to them permanently. Even though itβs a half hour drive, it 100% worth it.β
βLovely visit yet again, everybody so caring. Peggy was too interested in who and what was in the waiting room rather than her new sloth...!β
βHave used Barnhouse for nearly twenty years. Staff are always helpful and kind. Absolutely no worries that our dogs will not be looked after properly, with plenty of time given during consultations.β

βThis is easily the best vet in the area, we brought two very vocal 4 month old puppies in today for their 3rd visit. Different vet today (male) but every bit as compassionate and thorough. We wouldnβt trust anyone else.β
βVery thorough check up before vaccination prompt attention and regular reminders sent would recommendβ
βAs visitors to the area with our beloved dogs, we were deeply concerned when our elderly dog had a seizure so far from home. We were able to get her seen at the practice at short notice. The staff were very kind and the vet that saw our dog was very good. He gave her a pretty good 'MOT' and prescribed medication for her which we could then just call and ask for more of if necessary. We're relieved we were able to get our lovely dog seen so promptly by such a kind veterinary practice.β
βTook Bonnie for a health check to day was very wary as I lost a 10 week old puppie though his first needles. Got to admit I've found a vet I can trust. Would highly recommend Bold Veterinaryβ
βI have been with Andale for 13 years and always receive the friendliest welcome. The reception staff are always so helpful. Some times the vets change but never the care and service. It is always exceptional. Lewi loves to go there and see his friends. Xβ
βTotally happy with this vets, very friendly, professional, good communication about cost, what treatment was needed, great advice, our doggie doesn't mind attending, tail wagging as he knows hes going to be fussed and looked after.β
βBrilliant vets. They do not rip you off, they try to help in anyway they can and in the most cost effective way possible. The admin team are incredibly helpful and informative. The vets and nurses are very professional and they actually care about your animals. I would highly recommend registering your pets here!β
βTim Dale is the most amazing vet ever he really knows what he is doing, he really cares about your pet hes literally a life saver. I won't take my guinea pigs anywhere else, my guinea was so poorly and Tim spent a long time with him cleaning him up treating him and sorting out lots of medications and treatment plan for him, he skipped his own lunch break to save my pig in crisis. Tim is the man thank you I am forever gratefulβ
βHighly recommend this practice, have been using them for many years. Jonathanβs care and compassion for our cat is much appreciated, along with his support for us. Sadly not the outcome we wanted, but our little one was in the very best hands to the end.β
βVery helpful, good customer service and everyone is just very nice and helpfulβ
βVery professional and caring vet's surgery. Always very happy with the treatment provided and the advice given.β
βWhen our elderly dog became sick, the vets, particularly Laura and Tom, tried everything they could to ease his discomfort and gave us a lot of advice on how to help him. In the end it became too much for him and we had to let him go. Laura made his passing very peaceful and gave us as much time as we wanted with him. Afterwards she even sent us a handwritten condolence card with his pawprint and the date of his passing. Cannot recommend this practice highly enoughβ
βBirch Vets are amazing both Moreton & Oxton staff are so helpful and caring. We canβt thank all the staff enough for the care they recently gave our dog when he was attending for regular treatment/checkups. Amelia especially has been outstanding in the care that she has given our dog and explained everything throughly and he was given the treatment that was in his dogs best interests. We would highly recommend joining the Pet Club itβs such great value for money. If youβre looking for a local vets we would highly recommend Birch Vets. Thank you all for everything you all do.β
βMy little Daisy had to be put to sleep on Thursday at the age of 16 (17 in May) due to chronic unmanageable arthritic pain. It was the hardest decision of my life. It's always only ever been me and my dog and I'm truly lost with out her. I write this review because 9 months ago I left a review on the mold site about how I felt Daisy's care was in good hands in her life with this teams help. We don't ever think how the end will go untill we are faced with it. Jack and amy were absolutely amazing on Thursday. They came out to my home and handled Daisy with care and respect and made it so comfortable and peaceful for her. I'm traumatised at the moment and feel heartbroken but I'm being blessed that in the flashbacks I see Jack handling her like you want anyone to handle your baby in those moments. Amy was incredible too... she held by little Daisy's face so gently and held her whilst the line was in after she lovingly sedated her. She to was caring and respectful with empathy too. I can't thank these amazing humans enough. I have alot of love for them. They carried my beautiful dog out with respect in a lovely blanket and assured me they would look after her which touched me so deeply. I often joked they were our family as we don't have family, but truly, I do feel Daisy was treated like more than a animal through out her care and right up until Thursday (more like a member of the Flint teams family). Jack? Amy? I truly have alot of love and respect for you. I also love Ange (Fints main receptionist) I say receptionist but she is also more important than that. This lady makes every dog welcome and daisy loved the one on one and Ange on our ladt list last month got down on the floor and sat talking to me whilst I was upset over Daisy's lack of quality of life. This woman loves animals and people and I love her for loving Daisy. Jim? Will?, Jordan? And Zoe? Love and respect to you all too for the care you gave my baby in her tough years that made vet trips more often in the last couple of years. Jack? The handwritten card has made my pain feel truly seen and a beautiful touch (I recieved it today on my first Saturday with out her) Love and hugs, Daisy's mum xβ
βAbsolutely wonderful, They have been amazing with my sons dog, "delly" he had to let her go on monday 13th all the family where upset, Their care and compassion was second to none xx thankyou all at Kirkdale Margaret Dooley and the Dooley familyβ
βI have been coming here with my cats for a number of years. All the staff are so kind and polite. I took my elderly cat to be PTS. It was a very sad time but they gave me time with him and I got a lovely paw print and sympathy card. They were sympatheticβ
βAbsolutely amazing place, best vets we could have picked for our pets. Every interaction with both Filipe & Aris has been seamless, from the care they express with our terrapin & hamster, to professionalism & thoroughness. We recently brought our elderly hamster to Aris, and although there wasn't an option for a procedure to sort out his issue (due to him being so old & poorly) he set out a nice plan with medications in place to make him pain free for the end of his life. Aris explains things very detailed & you can just tell he really cares about his patients and loves the job, which is just so lovely to see. Also prior to this, my terrapin was previously with an exotic vets in St Helens, were the vet was very rude and handled my terrapin horribly & rough, we then decided to make the change & move to this practise, were we instantly felt refreshed & 100% satisfied. That decision then led to my very unwell terrapin being saved from pneumonia he had (which the previous vet in St Helens did not recognise & brushed off), from our initial appointment with Filipe & then following appointments with Aris' - their outstanding expertise has been beyond valued. Really couldn't thank them enough & hoping they will both be at this vet practise for a very long time. 10/10 for the exotic vets here.β
βAlways helpful, always friendly. Our pets have the best care at Castle Vets.β
βWe moved to this practice after multiple bad experiences at our last practice and couldnβt be happier. Weβve just had our 1 year old collie spayed and she came home happy even immediately following the procedure. She was clearly well looked after and we were told she had lots of cuddles (which she clearly did, Iβve never seen a dog come out of surgery so happy!). The reception team are always friendly and helpful. There was a mistake with our flea&wormer order but this was fixed within a couple of minutes with no fuss. The team are all very knowledgeable and clearly care a lot about their work. The only downside is parking can be a little tricky as the road is small and there isnβt a lot of spaces.β
βAlways very friendly on reception, hardly ever waiting more than 5 minutes after the appointment time. Vets and nurses are exceptional, and have great advice for any questions and concerns.β
