   Been taking my dogs to andale for more than 20+ years they’ve always been compassionate caring & friendly staff (a lot of the great staff have been there throughout that time which is a great indication of a great workplace) my current dog has just been spayed and the level of support & information given to me was very thorough & made me relaxed at a time of concern for my dog ….. I simply wouldn’t think of going anywhere else ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   We’ve been going to Andale for a number of years now, and honestly, there aren’t enough good things I can say about the team. They are kind, caring, and attentive — but they go a step further by being genuinely invested in their clients and their pets. They treat everyone with respect and courtesy, and they truly understand that for most of us, we’re not just bringing in a pet, but a beloved member of our family. I can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a veterinary practice that truly cares. A special shout-out goes to Matthew, who has been absolutely incredible with us. We’ve had some really difficult times over the past year with our dogs, and he has gone above and beyond at every step. Not only is he an amazing vet, but also a genuinely fantastic human being.

   This review is in no way a direct criticism of any member of staff we ever dealt with at Andale, but a criticism of the procedures that are in place. On 2 consecutive occasions, we were given the incorrect medicine for our dog, the first one, was a different name/address/dog name, and luckily i spotted this before administering. The second time, a medicine that my dog had a bad reaction to when he was a puppy was prescribed. Having trust in the vets and what you are given, i only checked this time for the correct details, and not the medicine. My dog was violently ill for the best part of 24 hours. It was only when i looked at the packet i realised they had given him the medicine that they have on file as not to prescribe. Coupled with this, the vet who tried to give my dog his vaccinations, decided to prescribe him a course of sedatives because he was difficult when trying to give him his jabs. This was the final straw, i moved him to a new vets, she put a blanket on his head while i held him, and gave him his jabs, no problems, no medication needed, maybe this was a more experienced vet? I was promised a call from the senior vet to explain what measures had been put into place to prevent this from happening again. Still waiting for that call now. If you are a current customer, or looking for a new vet, my advice would be to double check everything that is prescribed.

   I have been with Andale for 13 years and always receive the friendliest welcome. The reception staff are always so helpful. Some times the vets change but never the care and service. It is always exceptional. Lewi loves to go there and see his friends. X

   Can't do enough to make sure your pet is well. It feels like the staff is personally engaged with the wellness of your animal, and it really helps to know you aren't alone when you need someone to reassure you that they will do all they can for your dog. Legitimately lovely, knowledgeable and passionate for their work.

   Been going here for over 35 yrs with cats,dogs,parrots to mention a few and always been satisfied with there professionalism and empathy. I recommend anyone to go here for their animals needs. The nurses and staff are great and you know you are leaving your animal in safe hands.
