Took our wee dog to the vet yesterday for a firework consultation and had a full MOT. Talk about a personal and holistic assessment - the Vet Ted Leech is absolutely fabulous, gave us great advice and reassurance and Fiona just loved him! Highly recommend him!

The staff here are wonderful. My cat is quite skittish and they managed to keep her calm enough to be examined and were very gentle with her. I’m thankful to have them as my vet

Very friendly, personable and empathetic service. I brought three puppies in and the vet was thorough and gentle with them. One of the pups unfortunately has a heart murmur and both times I have visited the vet has been careful to examine her, explain their diagnosis and prognosis, and allay my fears where they can. Splendid service and my preferred vet practice.

I hate taking my (highly strung, impossible to control!) Bengal cat to the vets, I struggle, the vet (usually) struggles, it fills my heart with dread before every visit. Yesterday I witnessed a miracle!!!!.... at a vets, yes at a vet's surgery.... No gauntlets, no cat flying around the room in a fit of rage hanging off my leg whilst trying to break the window to escape... none of that at all. I tried to warn her about my cats love of attempting to be an MMA fighter, the basket opened, I flinched and out came my cat, no blood, no deep tissue wounds for anyone :), Debra the Vet had him under complete control... I stood, amazed & speechless as he was given an injection, full check up and ear clean and not one stitch was needed for either me or the vet!!! In all seriousness, I have never met a vet with such skills with animals, I'm serious about my cat, he hates vets but we reached a turning point yesterday, completely calm, completely under control for the first time ever..... Thank you, a wonderful surgery that I would not hesitate to recommend. I did try to replicate what Debra did last night in an attempt to clean his ear... it turns out... I'm not Debra... though the doctor was quite positive about being able to re-attach my fingers! :)

Website could have been more informative, to include services they provide and not just the more high level treatments. Prices or price ranges to give the visitor an idea. For example, cost to neuter a rabbit. Cost of vaccinations, etc

Had an appointment with my dog to issue a passport, and was refused admission to the inside of the clinic due to "social distancing", at the same time people were in and out of the clinic handing the animals over to the owners, without any concern for social distancing. It makes no sense to prohibit people to go into the clinic ( after all, people can go into shops, banks, etc, but cannot enter a vet ?!?! ). I am extremely disappointed as my dog as special needs ( she is extremely anxious and cannot be left alone, meaning one of the owner ) and the Vet shown absolutely no concern for my dogs needs. I don't believe anyone would let their children go to a medical appointment on their own, and I feel the same way about my dog, after all they are FAMILY.
