My pet was unwell and saw the surgery in the morning, she worsened throughout the day and saw the vet in the evening. Overnight she developed further symptoms and was back to the vet again - kept in dripped up and relevant medication through the cannula, she developed another issue which culminated in hospitalisation. The reason for the information is to say how good the surgery was. Fitted her in each appointment, very caring, thorough with their investigations, supportive. Gave her relevant medication We felt very supported by our vets with the care of our vet. All the staff are excellent.

Started using Ashcroft a few weeks ago, not knowing what to expect as a first time cat owner. The staff were so friendly & communicative, Ann in particular is always so helpful. Thank you to all the team from me & my happy kitty.

Lovely visit yet again, everybody so caring. Peggy was too interested in who and what was in the waiting room rather than her new sloth...!

Something has changed here. The once kind friendly caring vet practice, now feels like it has gone corporate. They don't seem to care as much for the animals. But have a big poster in reception stating you MUST PAY TODAY. The vets I am sure still care, but trying to get an appointment is becoming more and more difficult. They desperately need more vets.

They've looked after my 2 year old dog since he was 2 months old and is genuinely always happy to go. The staff are so friendly and happy to answer any questions. Even during busy times, the staff all have a smile on their face.

Milo was very poorly, when I phoned they were so helpful and made him an appointment for the same day. All further appointments were treated the same way. The staff are so friendly and caring. I would recommend without hesitation.

After trying to use this vetenery practice with my very sick dog, And refused help. I should add a little history . I was dog minding for my Son who was on holiday, we were not registered at the practice, kaiser is epileptic dog and had been having fits every 3 hours for 3 days. It will not ever use this practice no matter how skilled or caring they think they are. I don’t expect this will stay live, the Dr / Vet I spoke to should be ashamed of himself.

I want to say they was absolutely fabulous, their empathy was 100% and did not rush me in anyway as I said goodbye to my beautiful Pheonix
