βLovely visit yet again, everybody so caring. Peggy was too interested in who and what was in the waiting room rather than her new sloth...!β

βAs visitors to the area with our beloved dogs, we were deeply concerned when our elderly dog had a seizure so far from home. We were able to get her seen at the practice at short notice. The staff were very kind and the vet that saw our dog was very good. He gave her a pretty good 'MOT' and prescribed medication for her which we could then just call and ask for more of if necessary. We're relieved we were able to get our lovely dog seen so promptly by such a kind veterinary practice.β
βAlways the best of care. Feel like my views are considered and not patronising.β
βI took my chicken here this week walked in and was seen within ten minutes, unfortunately we had to put the chicken down and it was very upsetting for myself and my four year old daughter. The staff were so compassionate and caring, really sensitive with the situation. They gave my daughter a book about dealing with losing a pet, then even made foot prints from our chicken for her to bring home with her! They gave me loads of advice and were so incredible I could not say better things about them! We then received a card this week to say they were sending their love, such caring people!β
βHelpful, cheerful staff. Well organised with appointments for social distancing via texting when arrived so they can come and meet you in carpark.β
βBen has always been professional while providing compassionate and efficient care for our cats.β
βWhen our elderly dog became sick, the vets, particularly Laura and Tom, tried everything they could to ease his discomfort and gave us a lot of advice on how to help him. In the end it became too much for him and we had to let him go. Laura made his passing very peaceful and gave us as much time as we wanted with him. Afterwards she even sent us a handwritten condolence card with his pawprint and the date of his passing. Cannot recommend this practice highly enoughβ

βAll the staff at Bridgefoots are so thoughtful and helpful. The compassion show, how dignified and peaceful when Gunn had to be given eternal sleep. Thank you to all .Denise and Samβ
βAbsolutely fantastic! My cat was neutered here and they were so great with him, I was happy knowing he was so well looked after, they kept me updated the whole time and I was able to use the cats protection voucher. With this they did the op and we also had two check ups within the next few weeks which were included in the cost. They also treated him when he had an infection from a cat bite, they were quick and efficient and he made a full recovery. The quality of service you get here for the cost is unbelievable. Iβve recently taken out a pet plan for my dog which is also very affordable considering everything thatβs included. The building itself is always clean and the reception staff are kind and very helpful. Iβve had many pets who have been registered at multiple different vets on the Wirral but this is by far my favourite. Canβt recommend them enough!β
βWe had to sadly attend on a Sunday morning emergency with our boy Kolo. He was very unwell, but PDSA and the vet and veterinary nurse were just amazing. We had to put kolo to sleep, but they were so kind and considerate and everything I had always dreaded happening never happened. It was so peaceful and kind and humane, I will appreciate that vet forever. Thank youβ
