Used Laurels vets for our 2 dogs for a number of years and sadly one of our dogs had to be put to sleep a week ago in an emergency visit. They were amazing through the whole difficult process and couldn't have done more for us. Every member of staff was kind, caring and considerate during the time we were there. We weren't rushed to make a decision and also given all the time we needed with our boy before he was put to sleep. A big thank you to all the staff at Laurels.

I've been registered at the Laurels for many years. The staff are always curtious and helpful. The vets have always been brilliant with my dogs and are very professional in what they do.

Always helpful and efficient. Very friendly nurses and receptionists. I have felt confident with them looking after my pets. -need to get another exotic vet though as vet I have seen with a really poorly guinea pig didn’t seem to know a lot about them.

I have used Laurels Veterinary Services for many years. Surgery goes from strength to strength. They have invested in their building and their staff and cultivated a kind and caring environment. Vet Jane was amazing with Luna (Luna is very scared of people and is reactive). She treated Luna with kindness and was very caring about Luna’s experience. Quinn misbehaved a bit because he didn’t like the nose vax but even then Dr Jane was really kind about it. Both my dogs don’t mind coming into surgery because all the staff are really good with them. Prior to having Luna & Quinn, I had Monty & Scout and both those dogs were looked after amazingly well. Their end of life care was especially amazing and so kind. I received a sympathy card in the post which made me feel they were bothered about my loss. Reception team are amazing as always & help me with slightest queries. Have to give extra shout outs to Karon, Anna & Jack who go out of their way to chat, catch up on Luna’s progress and are genuinely interested in both my animals. Honestly can’t fault this surgery. It has improved and improved over the years and that’s why I keep coming back. Would very highly recommend this surgery for efficient, professional pet care. (Luna left & Quinn - the little chap behind is one of their daycare friends)

I've used Laurels for a few years now for both our cat and dog. Said dog is very excited when he goes in and the staff are fantastic with him even when he causes chaos. Would definitely recommend them.

my cat who was just over 1 year old was in a life threatening situation and they tried to give me an appointment the next day but when i told them she was really bad they gave me one for 3 hours later. i went to the vet clinic and was told it would be very expensive to treat her but refused any type of payment plan for me. in the end it was decided that putting her to sleep was the best option for her as she was in a lot of pain which they allowed me to pay for at a later date which they refused to do with her treatment. they were very unsympathetic towards me after she was put to sleep. they wanted £400 to get her out to sleep and for her to be cremated and me to get her ashes back. would not recommend this vet. i also have family and friends that have had a negative experience here. will be taking my other pets to rose cottage as only heard good reviews from there.

Dreadful place. Issued the wrong dosage tablets to my sisters dog. Told her not to use them. Charged her and then sent the debt to a credit agency. This was the last in a long line of issues with this vets. It used to be good and went downhill after staff changed a couple of years ago.

I cannot praise the staff enough. Sadly my friend dog needed to be put to sleep, the sensitivity and support shown by the team was incredible. We felt fully supported and never rushed at what was a really sad time. The paw prints and clippings were such a nice touch. Highly recommended 5 stars.

Amazing service from these guys here at laurels. Our beloved 13 year old labrador, Precious, had a tumour that we initially thought was fatal. After discussions with the vets, they notified us of the implications of surgery due to her age. However we both agreed to go ahead with the surgery. She's now happy, smiley and jumpy again. Can't thank these guys enough! She was a bit of a favourite in reception with the vets, as she kept going round the counter to see what the people were doing. She was well treated, spoilt and cared for throughout. The vets gave her a little pink bow which she wears with pride on her collar everyday. Thank you Laurels!
