“Even though only living round the corner from them, last week was the first time I’d used Bones U Like & it won’t be the last. As the food I’ve had to put my dog on to isn’t readily available in many places I contacted Mark on Thursday morning to ask if he could get it, Friday morning he delivered it to my door. Excellent service & correspondence from Mark in the 24hrs was second to none. I’ll definitely be dealing with him from now on.”

“My mum went in the shop yesterday n it was great. Really clean n tidy with excellent pets in clean cages. Animals are very healthy. Chris the new owner has done an excellent job in getting the shop back to a excellent standard. Chris will go above n beond to help you out in anyway he can n make sure you know everything you need to know about the pets you are looking at. Well done chris”

“Good supermarket with a good variety of products. You can usually always find what you are looking for. The Co-op branded goods are of good quality and decent price, plus if you have a member card you earn back money on all the Co-op branded items to spend on future shops and you get weekly vouchers with special deals on then. There is never a long wait at the checkouts whenever I have been and the staff are friendly, polite and efficient. The ready made foods are good for a quick grab and go lunch, I especially like the sandwiches or pasta pots and turning them into a meal deal where you can get a drink and snack (crisps, chocolate, or selection of fruit and cakes) for only £3.00, which is a great saving.”

“We stayed here from Friday 7th of November to Sunday 9th. Can't fault our stay at all. Beds were comfy, room was clean and tidy. Staff are fantastic and very pleasant. Room was slightly tired but you get what you pay for so was up to expectations. Would definitely stay again”

“Beth and Ryan have looked after our pets, garden and home while we've been away like they were their own. Can't recommend them highly enough. They also coped with a medical emergency and medication regime for our elderly rabbit with so much care and thoughtfulness - they really take all the stress out of being away - so reliable and capable and lovely. 5 stars out of 5 just aren't enough for their brilliant service.”

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to be helpful and polite. It's rare to encounter a team that is so genuinely friendly. ​Beyond the excellent service, I was truly impressed by the quality of the hotel's facilities. The gym and pool were both fantastic and well-maintained, which was a huge bonus. It's clear the hotel invests in providing a top-notch experience for its guests. ​Overall, it was a truly great experience from start to finish. “Cannot fault this place. Its not the Ritz and nor should it be for the price. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable double bed. The staff were friendly and amazing. The prices were cheapest ive seen for some time in the bar. Have not got a bad word to say about this place. Thank you for a great stay.”

“Both of my dogs go to furnominal and absolutely love having their own pamper day here…All of the staff are brilliant with the dogs and always so friendly and approachable and are always on hand with great advice on home grooming etc…they always come back looking and smelling gorgeous..Thanks girls x”

“For what it is, it's actually good and does the job. Yes, the rooms are basic and it's not great to look at, but it's very clean and has towels/shower gel/ tea and coffee etc. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the bar/restaurant area is pristine. They serve a decent selection of drinks. We ate a pizza which was freshly made in the kitchen and tasted really good. The staff and service were good. No complaints here!”

“Having changed to Sandymoor Vets 12 months ago its the best thing I ever did! The girls in reception are always friendly & helpful nothing is too much trouble. There is an excellent professional team of Vets who make everyone feel at ease. Alaska loves Becky and we always have a stress free visit. With other vets I always felt it was money orientated but not with Sandymoor. They are the best”

“Raw was the only way to go with my 3 English bulldogs. How lucky we are then to have such a fabulous raw food stockist locally. Wide range of food available along with treats, supplements, toys and accessories. Ali, along with her staff, are always on hand to offer advice if needed. Free local delivery if needed which is a godsend on the weeks I am super busy but it’s also always a pleasure to pop into store. Friendly service always and you feel like a valued customer. Highly recommend”

“Having spent weeks traveling across North Wales and the north west looking for the perfect wood for my aquarium I finally found premier aquatics (via the Facebook page which by the way is brilliant) the selection of wood and hard scape in store was fantastic! Also very well priced! Looking forward to heading back soon for some fish to!!”

“A great experience at NW vet specialists. Mabel came to see Ed and the team after having a failed operation to rectify an operation when she was 1 year old. Needless to say I was fearing the worst after the experiences we have had. Ed was hopeful a TPLO would work and spent time checking this would be best for her due to her history. As a very over protective dog mum I was understandably anxious about another operation however Mabel was well looked after and was soon home for her recovery journey. We had to attend due to a wound issue and they promptly admitted her for the day and looked after me very well whilst I waited for her. The team have been on hand on the phone when needed for reassurance and the ladies on reception are absolute gems. Mabel is making steady progress and has her spark back after so long struggling. And all being well she will fully recover and be back to her 5am wake ups for her morning long walk. I wish we had been under your care years ago !”

“My sweet greyhound experienced some loss of weight due to fretting for a few days at the start of his stay. Not carrying much weight to begin with, he lost weight rapidly and staff at Early Paws were concerned. Without going into the details, Early Paws staff cared for him, keeping him warm with a coat and putting the heater on in his kennel and tempted him to eat with tripe and extra feeds and managed to get his weight back. They liaised with me and my boy was fine and his usual self when I picked him up. BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF.”

“Wonderful lady who cares for Lily as if she were her own. Lily is always excited to see Auntie Ruth and jumps all over her. Lily always comes home looking amazing and smelling fantastic. She even pops in for a quick wash and blow dry sometimes. Can not recommend more highly, especially as Ruth’s rates are so reasonable.”

“Whenever I take my dog to the clinic I am always welcomed with a smile and a greeting by name for both myself and my dog, normally by Darren the receptionist. He is always super chatty and friendly and makes you feel at ease whilst you wait for your appointment. The staff in general at the clinic are friendly and accommodating and everything is explained really well and they are always very thorough when treating my dog. I would recommend EyeVet to anyone looking for a specialist surgery.”

“Bob loves going to Dora’s . The staff look after the dogs as if their were their own. They are extremely friendly and efficient. I wouldn’t take Bob any other doggie day care centre .”
