   Used scuffing on my poor senior cat. So in other words, poor practice. Didn't introduce her self to cat. Just went straight in. Read previous reviews, so makes sense. Was rude towards me. Like a school bully. Work Shed was creepy looking as well and I had to transfer money's, while she was shaving my cat. Was 120 , but 4 min quick shave, then costed 60.

   The lady cone and picked my dog up was rude I have a cockerpoo .so yes lots of hair and very bouncy and playful. But he is very friendly. He was not groomed just shaved .lots of tufts of .he has cuts to both ears we were not told about this. He has come back scared.plus when she knocked bringing him back.my daughter was coming to answer tye door and the lady just let her self in.anx want

   Struggled to find a cat groomer to help with the underbelly area that had started matting. Mary saw me within hours of messaging. I arrived with my cat who, due to the stress of the car, was covered in diarrhoea and vomit. Not only did she clean up the cat, shower and shave (my cat is quite feisty too) she cleaned the pet carrier and helped with my car. What an amazing lady. Absolutely recommend Mary.

   Fantastic groomer, I was scared to bring my wild cat to any goomer, because chances to groom her was equal zero, but that amazing lady cut all cat matted fur in couple of minutes. I was surprised how professionally and quickly she did all that hard job. Price was responsible for the job she did. Definitely recommend her. Even my cat behaviour changed after we visited her, cat calm, happy and friendly now like never before. Thank you so much for your great job.

   Mary was brilliant handling and grooming my cat, Hector. He has long, thick fur but HATES being brushed so we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy session - but Mary kept him calm, controlled and made him look extra beautiful! He was done quickly and easily. We were so pleased! Thank you Mary!

   I can’t thank Mary enough for her work on Sandy today absolutely amazing so pleased. With lockdown I’d only managed to get him groomed last October so he was a mess even though he was brushed daily twigs in his fur leaves etc and Mary cut him right back for summer for me. Sandy wanted to go back to the grooming room with her so that shows me how much he trusts Mary and that made me feel so good. Thank you Mary
