Excellent service. Abi was very helpful and efficient helping me sort out my sister in laws prescription even on a bank hoilday weekend,when other chemists turned their back. Definitely use their service next time.

I called in at the pharmacy in order to have my blood pressure tested. I am having an operation shortly and the surgeons want an up to date reading. Becci and Laura were very kind and helpful - they explained the situation to Jei and he suggested a 24 hour test with the portable machine. The whole business was simple and practical. Jei gave me the readings, and I now have an appointment with the GP surgery nurse tomorrow, for further treatment. Very many thanks to Jei, Becci and Laura for their kindness and efficiency in helping me get sorted out.
What a great customer friendly Chemist, been using them a long time now and never let me down. Went in Monday and Linda offered me a blood pressure test which I accepted. The Chemist completed the BP test and I was registering high blood pressure, he retested after a rest period still high BP, he checked what meds was on a asked if he could contact my GP as he was concerned about my HBP, I was called into the surgery following his call and it was establish that my BP was too high, and action was taken. So grateful to Linda and staff for looking after me.
Booked online for my Covid booster here as other locations had massive queues. Poorly organised unfortunately. Multiple people booked for each time-slot, with only one, slow, vaccinator on duty. This resulted in my jab being 55 minutes later than booked; but more importantly, many old people forced to queue both inside and outside as there were insufficient seats available. Not a good experience…
