“A small village store on Station Road Delemere. Easy to miss as the shop is back off the road and the signs indicating the building are directly opposite the shop on the other side of a busy road.The first time I passed it I thought it was boarderd up as it has a wooden cladding with words on that is really lovely when you get close. The shop has everything you need if living locally or visiting the forest or staying at the campsite. The usual basics, milk, bread, tins jars and a good range of WINES AND BEERS, (not a bad price). Dont forget HOT COFFEE! In addition the shop offers fresh hot pies pasties sausage rolls, great cakes and fruit pies. Fresh fruit and veg, newspapers, even lottery tickets. A good little shop carries much of what you need at the usual price for villiage shops and there is no other for miles!”

“I went in for quality fresh fruit to keep me going for a full day's work. I might pay a few pence more at Waitrose but nothing was bruised, or anything but perfectly fresh, so I consumed the lot and it was as "Value for money" as anywhere else (Aldi, you know who you are).”

Driver called so I advised main door was open and to leave downstairs, I’d ask my son to come down. The driver actually brought all the bags upstairs to outside my door! “I hope this store doesn't close down now the bigger one has opened on the retail park as it is easy to use lidl, pets at home and B&M all from the same carpark. The one in town isn't as accessible as the carpark is too far away when you are carrying heavy bags or boxes you need to put straight in the boot.”

“I went into the store on the way home from a wedding to pick up some food on the go. I'm coeliac, so I asked whether they do gluten free sandwiches. They didn't have any, but the lady I asked has offered to make me sandwiches on tje back if I pick up some gluten free bread and ingredients. I was truly touched, it's so hard to grab food on the go that's gluten free. This was great customer service, keep up the good work!”

“I contacted Avenger PC Repairs in Northwich this morning, to see if they could have a look at my printer, which recently decided to refuse to print. The telephone was answered very quickly, I explained my problem and I was immediately invited to drop it off, so they could have a look and try and resolve the problem, and I was given very precise instructions of the location and the convenient car parking for customers behind the premises. On arrival, I was greeted in a polite and friendly manner and I further explained the problem - the printer was looked at immediately at the reception desk and obviously I was expecting to have to call back and collect when it was ready. However, the culprit in my printer was found almost immediately, and a pair of my lost nail scissors were removed from the lower section of my printer! I was delighted that the problem was resolved so quickly and was advised there was no charge. It had been sorted in no time, and I found the interaction very polite, professional and absolutely honest - I would highly recommend and will be my go to for any future problems - thank you so much! Highly recommended!”

“I intended to buy a magnetic rear camera system from Falcon at the NEC motorhome and caravan show but ended up ordering a new caravan instead! I later regretted not buying the camera and was pleased to learn I could still get it at the show price for another week. I put in my order but was away on holiday and requested delivery be delayed until my return. This was no problem for Falcon and I got the camera when I was back home. I haven't installed it yet but am impressed with the build quality and the stability of the image. I have no doubt it will work flawlessly to give a clear view of what's behind the caravan when towing.”
