   Have used them for 6 years.Bought a new battery for k3 on Tuesday 6th May, button faulty as soon as used, took it back today and told would need proof of purchase and original box to get refund, was never given a receipt when purchased so in a no win situation. Will not use this shop again

   Fantastic little shop. So friendly and helpful. Huge stock and wide variety of different vapour equipment and vape juices. I’ve tried the elf bar pens, that are brilliant and now trying there new stock of smok pen. It’s a cracking little pen and it cures the cravings. Well worth a visit to this shop. Staff can’t do enough.

   Bought a charger for my 18650 batteries. About 2 weeks later it started to become faulty. It would take 8/10 hours to charge a battery rather than the usual 90 minutes. I took it back and the guy insisted on testing it further. I had to again go back to the shop only to be met with,' it charged our battery in 3 hrs', so he obviously believed that was OK. I left the shop without refund or replacement charger . What an awful way to treat a customer who has bought vape,batteries,chargers etc for a few years now. Bought a new charger from e-cig store opposite and will continue using these people in future .My new charger charged an 18650 MJ1 3500ma battery in 1 hr 30mins. The battery northwich vape tested was a 2600ma in 3hrs.Next time it will take longer or won't charge at all. For the sake of notifying your supplier so they can replace it at no cost to anybody you chose to let me leave after spending my money with nothing.Sorry Northwich vapour not impressed. You have lost my custom.
