Fantastic service from Brad at Avenger PC Repairs. He’s very approachable, friendly, and really goes out of his way to help. He applied fresh thermal paste to my CPU (which had dried up), and while at it, gave the PC a thorough clean, removing all the dust with a blower. Super speedy and professional service. An I-pad refused to reset itself through I-tunes, they had the knowledge to make it happen with a little bit of third party software wizardry. They stuck at the job and kept me informed as to what they were doing. They succeeded and saved a trip to an Apple centre or sending it away, charging me a very reasonable and competitive fee. I contacted Avenger PC Repairs in Northwich this morning, to see if they could have a look at my printer, which recently decided to refuse to print. The telephone was answered very quickly, I explained my problem and I was immediately invited to drop it off, so they could have a look and try and resolve the problem, and I was given very precise instructions of the location and the convenient car parking for customers behind the premises. On arrival, I was greeted in a polite and friendly manner and I further explained the problem - the printer was looked at immediately at the reception desk and obviously I was expecting to have to call back and collect when it was ready. However, the culprit in my printer was found almost immediately, and a pair of my lost nail scissors were removed from the lower section of my printer! I was delighted that the problem was resolved so quickly and was advised there was no charge. It had been sorted in no time, and I found the interaction very polite, professional and absolutely honest - I would highly recommend and will be my go to for any future problems - thank you so much! Highly recommended!

What fantastic service these guys offer. I had the usual computer meltdown with all my business files on my computer thinking the world was over.
