“I contacted Avenger PC Repairs in Northwich this morning, to see if they could have a look at my printer, which recently decided to refuse to print. The telephone was answered very quickly, I explained my problem and I was immediately invited to drop it off, so they could have a look and try and resolve the problem, and I was given very precise instructions of the location and the convenient car parking for customers behind the premises. On arrival, I was greeted in a polite and friendly manner and I further explained the problem - the printer was looked at immediately at the reception desk and obviously I was expecting to have to call back and collect when it was ready. However, the culprit in my printer was found almost immediately, and a pair of my lost nail scissors were removed from the lower section of my printer! I was delighted that the problem was resolved so quickly and was advised there was no charge. It had been sorted in no time, and I found the interaction very polite, professional and absolutely honest - I would highly recommend and will be my go to for any future problems - thank you so much!
