I can’t fault this garage and the staff. They are so helpful and accommodating and I always go there for repairs and MOT’s. Super reliable and trustworthy and I always recommend them to others.
Excellent service. I had several issues with my vehicle so took it to Percy’s Autos. Despite being mega busy Dave took the time to inspect my vehicle and provided a quick diagnosis, he provided advice on what to do until he could book me in for the necessary repairs which he managed to find space in the diary for the following day. On arrival the next day Dave had my car on the ramp and confirmed what he had told me the day before. Before commencing the work Dave provided a detailed estimate and ensured I was happy for him to undertake the work. My car ran perfectly after the agreed work had been completed. All in all probably the best Auto Centre I’ve used.
Percy & Taffy have always been really helpful and I have always felt they always look after me to the best of their ability. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to keep my car on the road! Highly recommend to anyone in need of a trustworthy garage!
Shockingly poor customer service.. Dropped a car off for a diagnosis, only to find out Percy’s had taken it upon themselves to carry out additional work without any authorisation whatsoever (not the first time I’ve experienced this with Percy’s autos) due to them being ‘too busy’. After raising the issue with them and disputing the bill, and knowing they were clearly at fault, Dave threw a strop and offered to ‘dig out the old spark plugs from the bottom of the bin and refit them’ - an offer that was quickly retracted when I told him to go ahead. And with all of this aside - I was then told my vehicle was ready to collect - only to find a dead battery that would not start (which he was aware of) and had to find the means to jump myself in order to be able to remove the vehicle from their premises. I understand Garages like Percy’s can get extremely busy, but getting authorisation before carrying out £200+ worth of work is basic and should not be overlooked. Needless to say, bridge = burnt.
Not local to Percy’s but had an issue with a car whilst in that area. Neil sorted it out in a quick and timely fashion so we could get on our way. Highly recommended professional business.
Very good service received here. MoT done efficiently and at the agreed time. Friendly customer service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.
I always take my car to Percy's, they provide an excellent service and don't try to rip me off. They take time to explain things, and give honest advice.
I took my wife's mini cooper for an mot.. it passed after a small job that they sorted out.. brilliant service ..
Amazing service. I completely forgot about my MOT they managed to squeeze me in the next day and got it done before I started my shift at work. I can’t thank them enough. Will definitely be using them from now on but I’ll give them more notice next time ha!
Took my van into Percy’s Autos today, waited with it while he put it through an mot. Gave me some good advise on how to keep it in shape ready for it’s next mot and sent me on my way in less than an hour. Can’t recommend enough!
