   I have nothing but praise for the entire servicing team. I recently found myself in a tight spot with a motorway breakdown. After managing to get the car to Priceless, they did everything they could to source the parts needed and get everything fitted within a few hours on the same day. A genuinely friendly team, caring, considerate, providing excellent and effficient service. Absolutely brilliant. I rate them all very highly.

   Went to the garage to view a car that wasn’t even roadworthy. Description of car didn’t advise of bodywork damage nor multiple scratches. The pictures of the car were taken at such an angle that you couldn’t see the damage. Took the car for a test drive and the engine management light came on. Total waste of time and I wouldn’t recommend at all.

   We bought a BMW 2 series from here and after 24hrs the car developed a gear box fault that wasn't a quick fix. But they gave us a full refund for the vehicle very happy with how they dealt with us no messing about vikki was especially nice over the phone sorting it out and the sales man we dealt with was a decent bloke shame it had to go back was the perfect car in every other way thankyou to everyone at priceless for resolving it very quickly much appreciated The Edgar family

   **Absolutely appaling service** I purchased a Mercedes A class from this company back in summer. I found out that all the wheel sensors were deactivated due to after market wheels, front beams were not working, and display screen not working. I took it back to the garage where they claimed they had sorted the issues.. on my drive home all warning lights came back up - Photos attached. I sent several messages and called several times and then they began to ignore me! I have now taken my car to the a different garage where they have told me my car will fail its MOT if I do not put wheel sensors in (these cost £90 EACH!!) All these Mercedes cars come equipped with wheel sensors, however this cowboy company must have taken the wheel sensors off to accommodate the after market wheels. This is a COMPLETE MOT failure. I want to be compensated for installing new wheel sensors. Get in touch ASAP.
