Knight in shining armour. In early Jan 23 I’d just been discharged from hospital and felt like the world had it in for me. It was cold dark and wet and having just picked up a prescription of items that were available nowhere else my car failed to start. It was 5.30 and the garage was just shutting. One of the men came to investigate, jump started my car with his generator and waved me on my way home. That random act of human kindness will never leave me. Top man. Top service. Thank you.

Absolutely first class service by a friendly team. Never done any work that was not needed and rubbished claim by another garage saying I needed an expensive job doing. Used this garage for years and will continue to do so.
I had a terrible experience when buying a car from here. First I paid a deposit for a car that I liked, the seller told me it had a small problem which would be fixed by them before we collected the car. I went on holiday and agreed to collect the car in two weeks. The day we were to collect the car I received a call to say the problem was serious and they would now not sell me the car. I appreciated the honesty but don't understand why they waited until the last minute to tell me. Since I was now in a rush to find a car I decided to look at another car from them instead which seemed nice and was told it was a good car. I was not allowed to test drive the car myself but it seemed ok and decided to buy it . Two days after buying it, the car broke down on my way to work! I requested my money back as clearly the car had a problem but the seller refused this but insisted that they repair the car instead. It took them 5 days to repair the car with us having to phone them all the time to get updates. Finally I collected the car and the following day it broke down again with the same symptoms as before. Again they insisted on repairing the car and then took them another week to repair it. The car broke down for the third time the day after collecting it. I insisted again that I wanted my money back which they did agree to finally. The car then sat in my works car park for 8 days waiting for them to collect it. I had to phone them several times to keep requesting my money and that they collect the car. I had to phone them in tears after all the stress this was causing me before they finally gave me the money. Finally the car was collected and I got my money back. I would not recommend buying any cars from here, clearly they do not check them properly before selling them.
