   I finally decided to buy a Ford since the dealership is so close to my home, but my experience has been disappointing. I encountered a problem with my car and spent over two hours trying to get help over the phone, only to be passed around and disconnected multiple times. When I decided to visit the service department in person, it was a terrible experience. The staff was rude and dismissive. They quoted me a high price without fully understanding the issue, and when I tried to ask for clarification, another employee interrupted me and insisted it would be very expensive. To make matters worse, they told me I would have to wait at least two weeks for anyone to even look at my car. I left and called the next closest Ford dealership, which was a complete contrast. They fixed my car within 48 hours at half the price Runcorn was asking for. I'm relieved to have found a better option and will definitely be avoiding Runcorn in the future.

   This was the last Service through my ‘Service Plan’ for my three-year-old car. I was contacted to remind me it was due; there was slight confusion because I assumed I was talking to my local Ford garage (Pentagon Ford, Runcorn) but the man was elsewhere, I didn’t find out where. But the Service was booked, with collection and delivery included in the Service Plan. The driver collecting and delivering was polite and friendly. I agreed to some extra work, felt only very slightly pressured into agreeing to a couple of extra things that I did think would be needed - a lot more were on offer, but not pushed thank goodness. I was kept informed of progress during the morning and the car was delivered back - beautifully clean on the outside - at the time promised. Excellent service, thank you.

   Pentagon Ford at Runcorn offer a great service, staff in all departments are helpful and friendly and I feel I can trust them. We bought our car from them for a good price and took on a service plan which has given me peace of mind. They have always been extremely helpful when I did have an issue with the battery and they took the car back and replaced the battery with a new one without any quibbling. Great team all round

Lewis took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure the vehicle was prepared to a high standard before collection.    I have recently purchased a second hand 6 month old car from Pentagon Ford at Runcorn and i was primarily dealt with by Ian and also Phil. I could not wish for a more pleasant and professional human beings to deal with. I say Human Beings as they were undoubtedly friendly and no pushy sales tactics compared to our vehicle hunting over the last few weeks at various dealerships. Ian worked a deal out that was suitable to me and then went through certain options which i found very favourable and cannot thank him and Phil enough. I collected the vehicle 3 days later on 22nd September and everything they said would be done was. The handover was also very professional and easy and i have already recommended them to my friends and just wanted to say it was a 5 star service and if i could give them more i would.

   We bought a used Ford Fiesta Titanium on Saturday 11 March. Our Sales Consultant Ian Edwards was excellent, he showed us around the car explained the features and then left us to look around the car ourselves. We wanted the car as soon as possible, Ian agreed a handover for Monday 13 March at 12:00. The car was ready when we got there Ian went over the features of the car again with us we could not recommend him more highly. We will definitely buy from Pentagon again.

   Service is so slow, stood in the shop at the desk 30+ mins before someone asks if you're being seen to, then another 30 mins to sort you out, just to pick your car up. Prices are a bit on the expensive side and the service you receive does not match the costs. Me personally wouldn't come here, but I don't, the only reason I was in this shop was to pick my partners car up, and I'd prefer to keep it that way and not have to come back. Poor car park, nowhere to park. The staff are friendly and polite though, probably take a guess on Ford understaffing their branches.

   This is my 3rd used car from Pentagon Ford Runcorn. Ian Edwards is fantastic, so helpful, very friendly, and doesn't pressure you to buy. Ian sold me my very first car 20 yrs ago, and i always go back to him. All the staff at Runcorn are great and Ian is always there to help with anything i need even after I've bought car, i know i could just pop in and nothing would be a problem. Thanks again Ian.
