“I have recently purchased a second hand 6 month old car from Pentagon Ford at Runcorn and i was primarily dealt with by Ian and also Phil. I could not wish for a more pleasant and professional human beings to deal with. I say Human Beings as they were undoubtedly friendly and no pushy sales tactics compared to our vehicle hunting over the last few weeks at various dealerships. Ian worked a deal out that was suitable to me and then went through certain options which i found very favourable and cannot thank him and Phil enough. I collected the vehicle 3 days later on 22nd September and everything they said would be done was. The handover was also very professional and easy and i have already recommended them to my friends and just wanted to say it was a 5 star service and if i could give them more i would.”

“Supreme service here yesterday when a sudden snapped windscreen wiper blade in freezing weather made the drive home impossible. All fixed and fitted with a smile in 3 minutes!! “Should be 2 review from me really, forgot to do one the first time around. Zak and his team are the best around here, first time I used them was for a Timing belt renewal. They gave the best price in the area after calling a good few places. The work was carried out to a very high standard and left me in the knowledge I dont need to worry about the belt for a long time now. I again called upon Zak and his team a month or so later to carry out a handbrake cable renewal, which I had put off far to long, Again the updates throughout the day and reassurance that my car would be back on the road by end of play, Great work for such a labour intensive job. I can't recommend these guys enough and will be back for sure for all my services and MOTs when needed. Thanks”

“I would firstly like to point out that the review from “AL15MSN” is completely false information and has never visited or had any correspondence with mersey tires. In my experience, mersey tires have been nothing but helpful by performing a diagnostic on a vehicle that I purchased from a fraudulent garage in Manchester called motor moment. Within the first six weeks of driving the car it was discovered by this diagnostic that the car needed an extensive amount of work doing which would simply cost more than the value of the vehicle itself. I was advised by members of staff including a lovely woman called Liv to take the car back to where I bought it as it was clearly sold to me in this awful condition. It has now been 12 months and after a long battle with court cases etc, the garage was ordered to give me my money back and only once received would they then be able to have the car back. This company is now harassing both myself and mersey tires as he believes he doesn’t need to obey the laws in this country and is clearly upset as he has been ordered to give me back my money. Mersey tires are a lovely and friendly garage who have nothing but the customers best interest in mind.”
