   No one answers the phone or replies to emails. They should spend less on their marketing and sponsored adverts and more on customer services... As per the video, product is not fit for purpose. Stick to proper brands moving forward I have never had issues with in the past!

   On my 1st experience of using Vipa, I ordered a set of windsceen wipers and windsceen wash tablets for my primary car, quality was, is fantastic. On my 2nd, not so great, i ordered a set of windscreen wipers for my daughters car, parcel arrived the I fitted the rear, perfect, the front was incorrect, but the Vipa custoner service has been outstanding and a replacement will be sent out as a priority, and i wll definately use their online shop and service again. Many thanks to Duncan and the team.

   Ordered wipers for my bz4x received them, and they didn't fit even though they go through what make and model you're car is. I messaged them straight away and got an automated reply saying someone would email me. Not had an email, so I tried to ring for the answer machine to say the inbox is full of messages. So I emailed them and guess what yet again no reply. So disappointed ive lost money here as noone has bothered to get in touch regarding the order. So no I wont be buying from these again and hope that oyhers bother to read the reviews before trusting them.

   Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. I have ordered and paid for a set of wiper blades but have not received a confirmation email. I have phoned several times but the have an unmonitored line and require you to leave a message that they just ignore. The chat bot is useless and leads you to raising an online comment which is also ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM

   I have nothing but admiration for this company! We have a number of cars, including two older Porsches and Vipa make a replacement wiper blades, much more ergonomic and visually appealing than other makes including Bosch, for almost every car! High-quality materials, excellent instructions and great style, make Vipa wiper blades worthy additions to any vehicle!

   We have started using Vipa for our business, and staff vehicles. Ordered some wiper blades this week, we fitted all of them which were perfect, we damaged one clip and they replied to my email and sent a replacement out within less than 24hrs. Highly recommend these guys for all your wipers.

   I ordered a complete replacement set of blades for my VW Tiguan. I was a bit hesitant, but I shouldn't have been, they were ordered around 4pm and arrived the next day. They are I think better quality than the VW originals and were so easy to fit, even for a novice. Probably one of my most pleasing online purchases. Thanks

   Ordered a set of blades fit my Fiat motorhome which arrived the following day. Unfortunately one was wrong, probably due to a picking error. I contacted them and the error corrected and told not to return the faulty item as they "don't wish to inconvenience me any further". The replacement arrived the following day. Would recommend them for customer service, let alone the fact the wipers cost a third of the price quoted by the Fiat dealer.
