   I was booked in for diagnostics work. I knew the aircon didn’t work and was likely a hole in the condenser but all I got was a re-gas and was told this was fine, weeks later the system is nearly empty again. Some of the suspension work was diagnosed but there was no availability to do the repair on the day. I rang a couple of times chasing for a quote on the work and got it through 2 weeks later.

   They diagnosed and replaced a faulty EGR valve at a fair price. On the day of the job, they discovered a poorly installed brake pad, which they also fixed at no expense. I'd have no hesitation in using VAG Tech in the future for anything else our cars throws at us.

   Took my Ovtavia in for a diagnostic check/electrical problem. Diagnosed very quickly, plenty of information relayed to me about the issue. I was offered a very good price for the work needed which I ultimately did myself, however I would not hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to anyone. They are clearly experts and I completely trusted them with my vehicle.

   Chose this place based initially on the reviews then after meeting James knew we'd made the right choice. My wife's Q3 failed it's MOT on emissions at Halfords, however after diagnostics etc James quickly sorted it out and gave us some sound advice. Will definitely be returning with my own car 100% and although travelling over from Liverpool definitely worth the journey. Spotless workshop. Friendly service. Excellent value (Audi dealer wanted over twice as much). Thanks James

   Took our T6 in for a Pendle Stage 1 remap, with great results - the van drives more smoothly, with good power and torque; can really feel the difference. Great service from James & the team throughout - good advice beforehand plus the offer of a courtesy car, with friendly and professional service both during and after. Would highly recommend!

   Very professional, organised and friendly business. Accommodated courtesy car overnight on short notice, and kept me immediately up to date on the progress of the service (including contacting to confirm if I'd like replacement brakes). Service receipt included printed images of advisories for attention which was a bonus. Also worth noting that it's a very clean garage, which I'm not sure I've seen before! Will definitely be a returning customer, and would recommend.

   Fantastic garage, super knowledgeable, professional & friendly service. My Skoda Superb had a nasty steering wheel vibration at motorway speeds despite the wheels being balanced. James diagnosed it as a warped front disk, despite a local garage test driving it & telling me the brakes were perfect and it was a DSG gearbox issue. A new set of quality pads and disks were fitted & problem solved, saving me hundreds if not thousands of pounds having the local place spend days chasing a non existent DSG issue. The guys really know their stuff & I’m happy to drive an hour each way to have them do all my work from now on because I know it’ll be done right and I won’t get fobbed off with any unnecessary bills.
