Excellent and professional, plus very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ford dealer needed my car for the whole day just for an MOT whereas with ATS i was able to book a time-slot and job was completed whilst we walked to local coffee shop.
Sorry that I recommended Runcorn ATS to my daughter. I have previously had great service but on this occasion I feel they let me down. We asked for a tire to be looked at and asked if it could be repaired. They said yes and repaired it. After it was all paid for they sent her advice that it needs replacing. Why not say that in the first place? She has paid for a tire to be repaired that actually needed replacing. I tried to speak to Paul about it but it didn’t go well. Sorry that he put the phone down on me. I was really tying to have a reasoned conversation and see why this had happed. He got very upset because I said I felt my daughter was ripped off. Sorry but that is how I felt. Hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.
Very good service and value for money. ATS kept me informed all along service. Why go anywhere else when you have find good company.
