   First time visiting Motorpoint after looking on their website at the cars available. When we first entered, we were asked which car we were interested in and given keys. Didn’t feel rushed at all and could spend as much time needed looking at the cars. Rob helped us at first and he was very friendly, not pushy in the slightest. He kept me updated when my car arrived from another showroom and all information sent through to me. Dan helped us on the day of looking at the car and a test drive. Again, he was very friendly and not pushy! He was eager to get to know us with easy flowing conversations. I’m very impressed with the service, I love the new car and will use Motorpoint again if needed. Thank you!

   Recently purchased a car from here and was very impressed with the service. Car was in great condition and had obviously been cared for and serviced well by Motorpoint before I saw it. The facility to test drive was also very helpful. Tom W was very helpful and made the purchasing of the vehicle very easy. Would recommend Motorpoint to anyone wanting to make a similar purchase.

   Had a really positive experience here.. only came with the intention of “window shopping” before probably purchasing elsewhere. The team weren’t pushy at all, Lauryn dealt with us on our first visit and was really helpful and let us browse loads of cars. As it turned out Motorpoint offered the best price for our old car to part ex and the best price on what we were looking for so we arranged for a car to be transferred from another site. Jake dealt with us when we came to collect, and let us take our time, anything he didn’t know he found out for us (& we had our young baby with us so we as even more appreciated the leisurely relaxed approach) and can’t beat free hot drinks!    I Have purchased 5 cars from Motorpoint which says that I am generally happy with thier service. However I am very disappointed with my most recent purchase. There was no Navigation system in place. Told I needed an SD Card, after several weeks, it finally arrived. However, it does not work. Tried to phone Motorpoint several times, with no reply. So I have to go to the store again, which is the 4th time. After spending £17000, I would have expected a bit more customer care, which I have had previously. A small but (to me), an important requirement as I do travel a fair few miles, and need to be confident that I can find my way to a destination.

   We have been to Motorpoint twice now and staff have been nothing but fantastic. Our first trip was professionally handled by Ewan and then the most recent yet again amazing service by Fil. They offered us great deals and managed to walk away with an excellent car with no hassle whatsoever.
