   After a fault on my car wasn’t fixed by a previous specialist I was losing a lot of faith that the car would ever operate properly. In step Weissach UK. I fired over an email to discuss the intermittent fault I was experiencing with Weissach UK, and a response was provided confirming they had seen instances of the same before, but they’d get the car in for a check over and we’d go from there. Arriving at Weissach UK for my 8am appointment, I was greeted by Gaz. An extremely enthusiastic & professional introduction met with their handover process, immediately made me as a customer feel in safe hands. I was given recommendations for breakfast in the local vicinity and so I went off to let the team crack on. I returned later in the morning to my car on the ramp closest to the waiting room, convenient for a particularly anxious customer! However, a brief introduction to the main technician working on my car turned into an enlightening and reassuring chat! Wes, took the time to show me the work he was carrying out, potential issues he’d found so far that may be causing my fault and his plan of action. A short while later the car was ready, there was an offer of my car being cleaned should I wish, however given the typical autumnal weather conditions and the 40 mile journey home I figured it’d unfortunately be a waste so passed up on that opportunity, but suffice to say if their attention to detail when cleaning a car is as good as their fault finding & customer engagement then anyone else visiting Weissach UK truly should have zero concerns with their car being looked after by these guys!    I'm a first time porsche owner (Cayman), and having bought a pre-owned car i wanted an independent specialist to service it rather than use a main dealer. Weissach UK Ltd are local to me. I visited without appointment one day and was given a really friendly welcome and tour of the workshops. After that I booked in for a major service and 111 point inspection. There were a few items on the inspection report, which I discussed in detail with Tom, the owner/boss. There was no pressure whatsoever to have the additional work done, instead, a refreshingly honest conversation about which items were more important than others. I went ahead with all of the items, and now have a car that is like new. The guys at Weissach UK Ltd are really friendly and show a genuine interest in you as a customer. They know the brand inside out and are honest and totally professional. A great service, and the place for any Porsche owner who wants a more bespoke level of service and attention.

   Being new to Porsche ownership, I came across Tom and the Weissach UK team when I needed a steering lock, ignition switch, and repair to replace missing pixels on the speedometer. I went and spoke with Tom, who advised the best options to take. Weissach UK did all of the work and kept me informed of the progress even when the pixels disappeared again a week or so later, and all at the fraction of the cost at an official Porsche dealer. Just recently, I was having issues replacing the headlight units after renewing the bulbs, I spoke with Tom, who told me to come to the workshop. When I got there, I was given a free tutorial on replacing said headlight units. I would recommend Weissach UK to any Porsche owner, and the best thing in my case is that it is right on my doorstep.

   Visited Weissach UK recently and was blown away by the level of expertise and customer service provided by the Porsche specialists. From the moment I got there, I was greeted with warmth and a genuine desire to help. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about all things Porsche and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and assist with my needs. I was particularly impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the team. They were extremely friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Whether I was there for routine maintenance or to upgrade my vehicle, they were happy to assist in any matter. I highly recommend Weissach to anyone looking for top-notch Porsche services. The team truly sets the bar high and makes the experience of owning a Porsche an enjoyable one. Great cafe around the corner also!

   Top work from Weissach, fixes Welsh wildlife damage: When a driving holiday in Wales, led to an unfortunate collision between my immaculate 991 and a large Pheasant, it looked like being an expensive outing - with the NSF grille damaged beyond repair, the parking sensor sounding continuously and the DRL pushed back in its housing. Having decided to cover the cost (up to the value of my excess), I needed a company who would a) handle my pride and joy with kid gloves, b) repair the car to original Porsche standards, c) not take advantage of the situation financially. Within moments of having my first conversation with Thomas, I knew Weissach were the right company for the job: He immediately bought up the schematics, identified the parts that might be needed and gave me an indication of the approximate cost. With car shows and events to attend in the coming weeks, speed was also of the essence: Thomas did his best to fit in with my schedule and the work was undertaken within a week (by Chris), to an excellent standard - even clearing debris from both condensers, replacing worn fixings and checking for fault codes. Despite all this, the bill was much lower than I'd expected (far lower than an OPC - for the same quality of work) and the car was promptly returned to its original standard, ready to show and enjoy. Weissach UK may be a relatively new name in the world of Porsche but with their work ethic and aspirations, I suspect they'll be around for a very long time. Admittedly, at the moment, you won't find fancy glass fronted premises, or a selection of Danish pastries but you WILL find the things that REALLY matter - High quality work, personal care & attention and a very reasonable bill.
