“A small village store on Station Road Delemere. Easy to miss as the shop is back off the road and the signs indicating the building are directly opposite the shop on the other side of a busy road.The first time I passed it I thought it was boarderd up as it has a wooden cladding with words on that is really lovely when you get close. The shop has everything you need if living locally or visiting the forest or staying at the campsite. The usual basics, milk, bread, tins jars and a good range of WINES AND BEERS, (not a bad price). Dont forget HOT COFFEE! In addition the shop offers fresh hot pies pasties sausage rolls, great cakes and fruit pies. Fresh fruit and veg, newspapers, even lottery tickets. A good little shop carries much of what you need at the usual price for villiage shops and there is no other for miles!”

“I went in for quality fresh fruit to keep me going for a full day's work. I might pay a few pence more at Waitrose but nothing was bruised, or anything but perfectly fresh, so I consumed the lot and it was as "Value for money" as anywhere else (Aldi, you know who you are).”

“06/02/24 - very very helpful delivery driver today! Currently on crutches recovering from a broken ankle and I’d left a message to call me when here and I’d get someone to come down. Driver called so I advised main door was open and to leave downstairs, I’d ask my son to come down. The driver actually brought all the bags upstairs to outside my door! And…even wished me well with my ankle!! Very helpful and friendly, very much appreciated! Kerry”

“I went into the store on the way home from a wedding to pick up some food on the go. I'm coeliac, so I asked whether they do gluten free sandwiches. They didn't have any, but the lady I asked has offered to make me sandwiches on tje back if I pick up some gluten free bread and ingredients. I was truly touched, it's so hard to grab food on the go that's gluten free. This was great customer service, keep up the good work!”

“Ormishers fitted a new ensuite for me in May 23. They were helpful at all stages of the remodel including supporting us to choose the tiles etc. The estimates given were promptly sent and the actual cost was value for money. I liked how I could visit their shop to ask questions and to see a wide range of flooring and wall choices. We waited a long time to have the refit but this was clearly explained to us at the time of booking and it reflects their popularity. I will certainly use them to have my kitchen redone. I feel a relief knowing that I have found a company that I can finally trust 100%. The workmen who came were courteous and good humoured. My neighbour had used Ormishers for a new kitchen and en-suite and the stunning results is what led us to book them. This company will restore your confidence in having work done in your home.”

“These guys never fail to deliver, I’m local to the garage so it’s an easy choice for me to take my car and work vans to them for service, tyres or any general issues I might have. They have never struggled to fit me in for any of the above work and more than happy to help if I think I’ve got an issue with a vehicle. It’s hard to find garages out there like this anymore and there so reasonably priced I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a car or van from them with piece of mind, they are a true family run business who have nothing more than there customers and reputation in mind and I can’t thank them enough. They even purchased a van off me I didn’t need anymore for a great price and immediate payment. Well done guys, wish I knew of this place years ago I would have saved a lot of time and money. “If your thinking this is a Food bank ...your wrong. Cheshire hub are reducing food waste from supermarkets ending up in landfill. If you've never been well get yourselves over there. There are a group of really welcoming staff and volunteers always willing to help. Parking... now please don't park on the main road. It causes issues for everyone from traders, residents and people driving by. It you take the turning next yo the hub you will find plenty of parking available. Someone is about to direct you if need be. Now first timers will need to register and you get a membership number. Then on you visit to the hub you pay £4 and big along 2 sturdy shopping bags. The ladies and gents will guide you around and help fill your bags to the brim. Then why not stop for a coffee and a chat. I must admit I miss the Monday sessions but I try to visit when I can.”

“We are over the moon with the transformation of our 1990’s bathroom and cloakroom to bring them to the present … we were unsure of what we wanted/needed..Matt came and was really helpful with coming up with the design solutions and we couldn’t be happier.. Neptune supply high quality products and Rosie was really patient and helpful with us while we made our choices …all the tradesmen were really personable and professional.. we have to give extra praise to Sean who fitted and tiled the 2 rooms .. brilliant & helpful guy and his attention to detail is exemplary. We will be having Neptune to replace our en-suite in the near future.”
