“We popped into Newbie & Me today to look at pushchairs and had the best experience thanks to Becky. She was absolutely brilliant – so friendly, patient and really knew her stuff. Even though it was her last day in the shop, she still spent well over an hour with us, showing us all the different options and helping us figure out what would suit us best. Nothing felt rushed or salesy, just genuinely helpful advice. Choosing a pram felt like a big decision for us, but Becky made it so much easier. We left feeling confident and excited about what we picked. Huge thanks to her – she was a massive help and such a lovely person to deal with.”

James did a great job in valuing my vehicle and gave me a price I was happy with and a lift back home, can't fault the service tbh. I would recommend anyone to try them out, you'll get a bit less than selling privately obviously but it's worth it to save on the time and hassle.”

Even though I ordered late for September (I was trying to give her a little time to grow before committing to sizes) they were very courtious when I messaged with questions, prompt and answered all my questions. They even refunded part of my order when I realised I'd made a mistake. And then the icing on the cake was that the order was delivered the next day.
