I ordered 2 OSSMA blazers on line but when they arrived I could clearly see I'd ordered the wrong sizes so I spoke to the lady at the School In shop in meir & she was very helpful, and it was no bother at all for me to exchange them at the meir shop for the correct size very helpful thankyou.

Ordered some tops to be printed on the Sunday, and asked if they could be completed by the following Saturday. I knew they might not be as it was the week schools were back so the shop was very busy! Received a text on the Tuesday/Wednesday to advise they were complete and ready to be picked up. Amazing. Tops were done at a very high quality and exactly what I ordered and very reasonably priced too. Great experience from start to finish.
Top service and pre-paid for an extra PE top, which came in store the following week. Received a phone call to let me know it was ready for collection. Pleasure doing business :)
Walked in, no one batted an eye lid, I was walking to the counter to try to ask someone where my daughters school things were a woman walked straight past me and spoke to a woman and a teenager who walked in. Felt completely invisible. Decided not to spend my money here on this occasion and won't now for the future of buying school uniforms which is a long time as I have 2 children under the age of 5. Thankyou for the reply, ive been petty and lowered you down to 1 star for the response you gave. If I could give it 0 I would.
My first kiddo is going to be 4 soon, so I'm a complete newbie to the uniform process. Even though I ordered late for September (I was trying to give her a little time to grow before committing to sizes) they were very courtious when I messaged with questions, prompt and answered all my questions. They even refunded part of my order when I realised I'd made a mistake. And then the icing on the cake was that the order was delivered the next day. The items are well made, in perfect condition, and the customer service was awesome. 5 stars :) will recommend
Not happy at all. This place has a monopoly on school uniforms, I paid £78 for a blazer, a polo shirt, and a pe shirt and shorts, ridiculous!! And everything was creased, poor quality and no bags to carry the stuff home!! I had problems here last year when the manager refused to look for the polo shirt I had bought and paid for for my son because I didn't have a receipt and he point blank refused to look for the top upstairs even though my sons receipt was printed on the bag. £15 I lost last year and looks like the customer service is no better this year. We need to be able to shop at other places, other parents will be struggling with the cost the same as me and angry at inferior service and goods. If I could, I'd shop elsewhere, unfortunately, as they have the monopoly on uniforms, I can't and it makes me really angry
My first time buying uniform for my son. I walked into the shop which was empty and not even a hello from the staff member. Got asked straight away if I had an appointment? I said no because on the website and voucher that I had that it wasn’t necessary and it was empty, I would have happily come back at a reasonable time of there were other customers in the shop. If I was buying a bulk of uniform I would have left there and then but decided to just get the stuff I needed and leave. Having worked in the customer service sector for over 10 years first impressions are everything, on this occasion it wasn’t satisfactory so sadly will not be returning to this store.
I was struggling to find a black pleated school skirt to fit my daughter properly from high street stores. After several failed attempts I contacted School's In with only days to go until my daughters return to school. School's In were very prompt in answering my email and within 22 hours the skirts arrived! They fit, look very stylish and are good quality. Thank you so much.
