“I can honestly say that I received an exemplary service from the Vision Express team in Longton. The optician I saw was very good and put me at my ease. I hadn’t been for any form of eye test for 20 years so I was quite anxious but I had absolutely no need to be! Staff were also extremely knowledgeable and super helpful. I would highly recommend & thanks so much for sorting my new glasses… I wouldn’t be able to see to write this review were it not for the team at Longton Vision Express!!”

James did a great job in valuing my vehicle and gave me a price I was happy with and a lift back home, can't fault the service tbh. I would recommend anyone to try them out, you'll get a bit less than selling privately obviously but it's worth it to save on the time and hassle.”

They even refunded part of my order when I realised I'd made a mistake. And then the icing on the cake was that the order was delivered the next day. I'd never tried Iceland before and I just wandered in because of the Slimming World meals they do, I was so pleasantly surprised by everything that they have on offer!!!! “I took my granddaughter hopping to get some clay or I was at a lose where to go as I tried everywhere else. And the Range came to my rescue, they had two different types/ colours of air dried clay. Finding clay here stopped an artistic child having a melt down and for that I'm truly grateful. Would recommend the Range”

“The team at Estar Stoke are genuinely amazing people. I called Estar several weeks ago to try to arrange a last minute service for an ambulance destined for Ukraine. As a paramedic, I had raised charitable funding to purchase the vehicle and drive it to the region, delivering equipment to hospitals, rescue units and troops, but to get it there we needed to make sure the vehicle would survive the trip across Europe. I spoke to Charlotte at Estar and together with her colleagues she had the vehicle fully serviced within 24 hours of our first phone call, as well as giving us an amazing discount on all the work. The ambulance never let us down over 4000km of continuous driving, and I genuinely believe that it was due to the hard work of the staff at Estar. Well done guys, we really appreciate what you did for us and the people of Ukraine. They were fantastic and if I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would.”

“This is just to say a huge thank you to Ryan and Dec from Talke Pits B and Q, who went several extra miles when I came in asking for a discontinued charger to keep my McAllister screwdriver charging. My company teaches plumbing workshops to kids and without their help thirty ten-year-old children would have been without tools tomorrow. Dec searched high and low for the one remaining charger for a McAllister screwdriver (they’re now micro USB but I needed the old barrel type for my eight screwdrivers) until Ryan had the bright idea of checking INSIDE the power tool display. Lo and behold the right type was found and now I can teach my class. Thank you so much B and Q, these guys really pushed the boat out for me, and kept our B and Q purchases running a little longer.
