“The team at Estar Stoke are genuinely amazing people. I called Estar several weeks ago to try to arrange a last minute service for an ambulance destined for Ukraine. As a paramedic, I had raised charitable funding to purchase the vehicle and drive it to the region, delivering equipment to hospitals, rescue units and troops, but to get it there we needed to make sure the vehicle would survive the trip across Europe. I spoke to Charlotte at Estar and together with her colleagues she had the vehicle fully serviced within 24 hours of our first phone call, as well as giving us an amazing discount on all the work.
