   Second time I’ve been stupid enough to buy parts from here. Purchased a maf sensor for my van this time round, fitted it. Same issues, so it’s been back to a garage and they’ve said the new maf is faulty. E star won’t swap it, and they’re saying I have to purchase another one, for them to send this one away to test it. Leaving me £700 down in the process. They took my old one of me so I can even put that back on the van. Read the reviews, elsewhere. Customer service is non existent.

   Please read ,,, id have given this no stars at all... have leave 1 to post review,,, Avoid!! No diagnostic skills at all,, they just guess and fit parts at your expense!! Each time there guessing fails to fix the problem they keep on guessing till your bankrupt , i went from £1300 to £3000 and still they keep guessing,, so I pulled van away,,, they guessed injectors, they guessed common rail ,they guessed compression!!!! None of this was the problem,,, the problem was the high pressure pump, diagnose myself,, metal in the tank from the pump!!! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!! Fw auto service's Newcastle fix my vehicle for a third of mercedes costs and the fell that fixed it is an ex mercedes mechanic,,so try these guys .

   I visited this dealer on a Saturday morning to pick up some parts for my sprinter van. I was served by Jake, who helped identify the parts needed. They had everything in stock as well. Excellent service received. The reception lady was also very friendly and helpful. Convenient hours of operation as well. Nice to have availability on the weekends.

   Started off well but after 2 and half weeks told me a pack of lies and explained that further works was needed to our truck nearly £9k off repairs where suggested to get it though an mot so I removed the vehicle from them and took it for mot at our local Kwik fit and passed with no advisories and still got stung with a £1685 bill for doing not a lot and still had light on dashboard that I’ve been charged nearly £650 to fix please avoid at all costs only left 1 star as you can’t leave none AVOID !!!!

   Ordered a Mercedes’ sprinter automatic last September. Told would have by march this year then let down last minute as they forgot to order an automatic. After not answering my emails or phone calls for weeks !!! But eventually was guaranteed I would have it later this year and as it was there would definitely be no price increase as it was there fault , so I agreed and waited . But no they didn’t stick to there word and the price went up by 7,000 plus vat . In my opinion this company is a disgrace and would never recommend

   The team at Estar Stoke are genuinely amazing people. I called Estar several weeks ago to try to arrange a last minute service for an ambulance destined for Ukraine. As a paramedic, I had raised charitable funding to purchase the vehicle and drive it to the region, delivering equipment to hospitals, rescue units and troops, but to get it there we needed to make sure the vehicle would survive the trip across Europe. I spoke to Charlotte at Estar and together with her colleagues she had the vehicle fully serviced within 24 hours of our first phone call, as well as giving us an amazing discount on all the work. The ambulance never let us down over 4000km of continuous driving, and I genuinely believe that it was due to the hard work of the staff at Estar. Well done guys, we really appreciate what you did for us and the people of Ukraine. They were fantastic and if I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would.
