Disgusting service very unhappy. Took is here as I was going to ask them to do a blown shock, ended up was shocking service instead. They told me, they would try and do it same day, defiantly the next day. They could not be bothered to ring me to tell me the part they ordered was wrong, and also was guessing at the cost of the work, but then told me he would take a look and tell me, which he did not? Guy who answered the phone had a stinking attitude and said "I ant my problem" when I asked him if he could give me a quote, his attitude was totally different. When I said I was disappointed he told me he did not want to know. Very bad attitude

Had a good experience with these guys today, bought a nice clean van, got a fresh12 month ticket, with any repairs done, owner was very open and honest with me, got me brand new bolts for the roof rack, he even paid for a extra 3 month warranty ontop of the 3 you get as standard. Can't say fairer than that. Thank you to Mark

I recently bought my first car from here. (M.J. Motors). A VW Fox Urban 1.2. Have an electric window problem which they are quick on fixing. However the car is stuttering in idle and stinks of fuel. It's been leaking coolant underneath and they keep adding more in and saying it's fine. There's clearly a problem. I've taken the car back 3 times to be told there's no problem and don't worry about it. Now the car is losing power and not accelerating properly and smells of fuel bad and idle is really rough. (suspected fuel injector). The car cost £1900 and nobody has bothered to have it on a ramp and look at it. Now I'm stuck and need to take it to a different garage to get it diagnosed properly. I know there is problems with the car but I'm constantly being told everything is fine and just turn up your stereo. It's in fact not fine. The 3 months warranty is pointless when they won't believe anything you say and send you away thinking it's not serious when it actually is. I'm not going to change my review until the car is sorted. Now we will say what VW specialists say. I shouldn't have to take it to another garage and spend money but I'm left with no choice since nobody will be truthful to me or even bother to properly diagnose a fault.

After weeks of looking at cars described as in very good condition and finding them not as described it was a real treat to find a car exactly as described can't thank mark enough for making getting my son his first car pleasurable. Highly recommended top garage

Purchased a VW Golf in December 2021, having never bought a car from a dealer before and I was somewhat sceptical. My fears were totally unfounded. The level of professionalism and courtesy was a breath of fresh air. The three month warranty was very reassuring, within that time period, a mirror switch had failed, this was promptly replaced with a new unit at no cost in labour/materials and without any quibbles. Throughly recommended, would definitely purchase from again. Thank you.

I recently travelled to view a car at this dealership and have never experienced such bad customer service. I had rang the dealership in advance to let them know I was coming to view a car, however, I got stuck in 3 hour traffic due to an accident. When I arrived the staff were uninterested and unhelpful. The gentleman that I spoke to was more interested in his 'Magnum ice cream' then advising me about the car. He left me with the keys, told me how to start the car but provided me with absolutely no other information about the car such as service history etc. I explained I had never driven an automatic so would want to test drive the vehicle before purchasing to then be told 'there's no value in you driving this car unless you are going to pull the trigger and purchase the vehicle today'. Obviously before even considering purchasing a vehicle a test drive is necessary regardless of whether the vehicle is automatic or manual. Extremely disappointed- if better customer service and test drive allowed sale would have been made!

Can't fault these guys! Customer service second-to-none, best-kept cars I'd seen, friendly and great advice from Clive. No hard sell at all but always open to questions. Car all ready and washed when I picked it up - full service and MOT already done. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their first car - they're worth every penny!

I bought a car for £2,500 with a full MOT. When I got it home it had a “engine malfunction warning “ appear. The garage pretended to fix the problem with a tie back ignoring TWO FAULTY INJECTORS They now say they cannot do anything until Mark the owner comes back off holiday. THE COST TO REPAIR IS £450. THE GARAGE HAVE SINCE GIVEN A REFUND. , If you appreciate my review please hit the like button and thanks
