Unfortunately due to my car being electric they advised I took it to a Vauxhall Specialist as had multiple error codes coming up on the diagnostics. However, despite work not being carried out, I just wanted to say how polite and friendly the receptionist was. Even when I booked in over the phone, the lady was really kind and helpful and so was the man who explained the issues to me and my partner.”
